I am a current package being looked after by ultimate. I Was told by the manager Joe when I first had a meeting that they would keep staff consistent as I explained that I struggle with change. I have recently been struggling with mental health and I was left in A&E alone on Dols. Staff are constantly sleeping and seem overworked. I make a complaint and I am then complained about so they can cover their own backs. They took over the day after my 18th birthday from another company which really distressed me. I personally wouldn’t recommend them to look after any mental health patient. They have been extremely rude and unhelpful the whole time. I am being ignored by social and the manger stated that no one will listen to my complaints as they are “a trusted company through cqc”. I am highly disappointed and I am severely struggling and receiving no help.

I joined this agency and told them I have a puppy which needs to be let out at intervals throughout the day, so my availability would be limited. They sent lots of shifts which I couldn’t do, which I politely turned down.

I then said that I knew of a service which I would be able to work at, and asked if they could find me some shifts there. At first they said yes, and that they would look into it. Then out of nowhere they sent me a sassy message saying I’ve been deactivated from their system due to my disinterest. A little rude if you ask me!

Every time they respond to me that is nothing at the moment...for couple of months

Ultimate Healthcare specialists are efficent, friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There healthcare staff are highly trained, enthusiastic and respectful. There rates are competitive and would definitely recommend.
