We would recommend UKG Care to anybody looking for Care Services for themselves or family members and they have been fundamental in allowing my mother-in-law to remain in her home over the last year and have shown great care towards her. In what I have found out to be a fast paced ever changing environment of looking after an elderly relative, the Care Managers have always been available to talk about any issues, or are contactable by email. Review meetings are never a problem to arrange and are productive and valuable to the whole family and the person being cared for. Of particular note and importance is the fact that you can always get through on the telephone in a timely manner. Thanks to everybody for what you do for your client and personal recognition has gone to those who go above and beyond the call of duty with our sincere thanks.

UKG home care look after my mum on a daily basis. We had some teething problems at first, but what i liked about them was the fact they they wanted to work in collaboration with the family to improve delivery of care. Now things are much better and between us, mum has the best care available. Thank you UKG home care

I originally started with UKG in 2020 when the pandemic hit we had carer who had to shield and a sudden influx of new packages because of sudden hospital discharges, I was shocked to see that our director was on the rota to work with me the next day, not many companies can boast that their director literally got her hands dirty!! After a break to have a baby I came back to UKG and am really happy! No domiciliary care company can be perfect it's such a difficult industry! However after 22 years I can say this is one of the best companies to work for! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hourly rate of £36 rising to £39 for evenings and £72 for bank holidays. For this extortionate price you'd expect red carpet service, not (some) carers coming in smelling of cigarettes and rushing through a 30 min call in 20 minutes. The average price of care in the UK is £15-30ph so I am absolutely dumbfounded to have found out my family were paying this for mediocre care!

Wife was a client of this company for several years with no major issues. Then as her health deteriorated so did the care. They seem unable to cope with problems.
Made several complaints due to issues such as wife left in urine soaked bed and alleged banter that went to far. Every complaint they investigated was deemed as not upheldand no further action required. Avoid them. They will lie themselves out of any difficult situation that occurs.
