ABSOLUTELY IN LOVE!!! went back here to get my hair done again and the transformation is amazing. Lovely Nina did an amazing job at my hair very gentle and light handed. If you want a colour or balayage please come here. Always such fantastic service, lovely people and absolutely great place.

Bad color correction/balayage experience. The lady was not happy from the beginning to do my hair because it was already messed up in another place and she kept pointing it is a long work. After she finished she rushed me out even though I was trying to tell her that it doesn't look right at roots especially but she told me that this is everything she could do for me and it is going to look better after I will wash it a few times...
It is patchy the bleach bleeded it doesn't look well done it looks like I have gray hair growing. If only she would have taken responsibility for the roots being done so unprofessional and rushed I would have been ok

My gosh this place is a jewel in Bolton road, the receptionist the lady so welcoming and caring, Angie so kind caring and welcoming love it, and then Marian the masseuse boy oh boy brilliant and I am going back for me. I recently visited Uban and had a great experience! Despite being busy, the staff provided quick and attentive service. My haircut turned out fantastic, thanks to the stylist’s skill and helpful suggestions. I loved the vibe and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

I had my hair cut, balayaged and toned by Iman.
First of all, everyone is so lovely and welcoming.
Secondly, Iman is a miracle worker for hair! She went above and beyond to make sure my hair was light, and managed to give me the most beautiful hair balayage I’ve had (despite several years of using red box dye!!) and such a lovely flattering hair cut. I’m absolutely over the moon and am getting compliments from everyone.
Highly highly recommend, and will be going here for any hairdressing needs! Thank you so much

I went for lympathic massage with Marian she is a gem she is so good at what she is doing I felt so relieved post massage she was friendly helpful and mostly she has experience she knows what she is doing the whole experience was amazing I cannot thank Marian enough she is outstanding I can’t wait to return.

Owner is caring friendly I loved this place so peaceful and the room where I had the massage I felt I was in like a meditation relax room with peaceful music on.

I recommend this place 1000%

My experience at Uban Bilton Rd was horrible as I attended hairstyling and blow drying services two weeks ago. Upon my first interaction with the hairstylist I had requested layering and step haircut, whereas she took it upon herself to cut my hair with her own free will and her own choice which led to my hair being unevenly cut, which may have been her idea of step cutting. Furthermore, she did not blow dry my hair instead she curled my hair which was completely opposite to my initial request. Upon my second interaction with the owner herself, I was greeted with a rude attitude which completely shocked me as the shop was in the wrong in the first place Even though I decided to give them a second chance to correct themselves they had disrespectfully told me they cannot offer me the services anymore, admittedly one of the employees said my hair was beyond fixing and cannot be done the way I wanted to anymore. Bearing in mind this service cost me 150, I’m infuriated to say the least.
