This month see's the three year anniversary of the opening of u & icare ,I will be forever grateful that my daughter Hanna Cherrih was the first young adult to receive the expert, loving care that they provide. This is not just a respite/care service for young adults who have ASD / special needs, It is a home from home, filled with love and respect for every service user. Each individual is treated just that way, as an individual, each support plan is person centered and ticks every box needed to provide top class specialist care. This is a service born from love, of a sibling on the ASD spectrum. I'm sure that because of this fact, the service offers a more personal approach. I couldn't wish for a better place, I also feel that, some of the worries I had about long term care for my two as I get older, have diminished, and for this I am truly grateful.

Avoid Avoid Avoid !!!!!!!!!! This is a shocking care provider who badly neglected my son. Absolutely disgraceful care provider.
The staff are all young and untrained. I had to get cqc and ombudsman involved with this dia care provider! Massive liability!!!!!!

Ive read reviews on here and must contradict them Staff are helpful and training was great. Clients I met were challenging but were treated with dignity. Wish I could have stayed but commute was too much for me
