I waited two weeks for an appointment to see a diabetic nurse today 10.20am 18th sept. I found the nurse did not take bloods in which I wanted. As I had spent a long time in Kettering hospital. I wanted to know my blood results. Now I have to go back 14th Oct 2024 to get bloods taken. This is My first complaint. The diabetic nurse was great. But today was a complete waste of time. I thought all the diabetic nurses could take bloods
So far they have done. When I made the appointment I said I need bloods taken .as I have been in hospital weeks.

I woke up this morning with Torticollis and was in agony. There were no appointments left and I was in a real state. Liz, one of the nurses agreed to see me even though her work load was full. She was absolutely amazing and I'll be forever grateful that she got me sorted with a prescription very quickly.
Sarah on reception was also amazing. What a lovely caring person.
Both staff are an absolute credit to the GP practice.

I've been with this practice since birth, I can't recommend them enough. Considering the pressures all GP surgery's are under at this time, ALL the saff do their very best to help patients. I've had appointments at three of their six sites recently and they all had plenty of free parking and the surgery's were exceptionally clean.

1 star is actually too much for this shambles of so called medical support in serious matters.
After 5 long months, 6 attempts to call in which never gets through, 2 doctors referrals from A&E. Still not seen a Doctor. This is a surgery that clearly dose not care for it's patients and will continue negligence attitudes until it is too late. I really don't leave reviews, but feel I have too as concerned for other people with serious conditions.
Disgusting!!!

The receptionists are always so helpful and friendly. Although it can be difficult to get an appointment, I’ve always had a very positive experience at this surgery and grateful for the nurses and Doctors who have gone above and beyond

Close to impossible to get an appointment, if you do, the (often incompetent) receptionist will book you with a nurse or student rather than a doctor. Of course we are bombarded with propaganda on how great the NHS is RUBBISH. This sugery is a manifestation of how flawed the system is.

My goodness, I have what I think is an ear infection and hoped it would clear up without having to phone the surgery but it has not. No online appointments between today and the 29th November. Could not get through by phone, phoned 111 who suggested I phone the surgery, finally after a 48 minutes wait I got through, earliest appointment Monday PM but not a face to face, it will be a telephone call. I asked the receptionist how the doctor would be able to diagnose the ear problem without seeing me.
This means a further delay and of course further pain over the weekend.
How are very old sick patients managing.
It’s a terrible service. God help us all

Abysmal doctors! They tell you to ring at 8am to book an appointment, last time I did that I was 2nd in the queue, got through after maybe 2 minutes and there was no appointments left, how is that possible? Rang up today less than 2 seconds after it turned 8am, all I had was a dial tone because I was more than 50th in the queue. I've got more chance of being chance of becoming president of America than getting an appointment here.
