No good for me. I was offered group meetings in the evenings but I am only able to walk there and I am vulnerable so did not feel safe to do this so late. No option to join via video call, had to be in person so unsuitable.

No help at all. You can go to group meetings but nothing else. You cannot get a phone call with your case worker. You cannot get a meeting with him. The only time I managed to speak to him was during Covid, when he was going through his list. Just utterly useless groups, making me useless and stupid every time I went. I was forced into this despite me keep saying I have a phobia of public speaking. It just made it worse.

I am suffering bad with mental health an pain an I can’t tell u how much I’ve coped with my dad died September an my old head injuries an addiction and back pain from a horse fall. Turning point came an see me at home after lots of md begging for help and then they said right we don’t see a problem with it I’m bying off net and costs 80 2 proscriptions and I’m literally on floor. Well I’ve left it a few weeks after home visit gave time with dr an alsorts. And tonight as low an in agony I am the dr who I see said no …turning point said no. So ……. I’m now anxious and I’ll freak out an not sleep because I’ve not got what I need. So thanks turning point. An u wonder why people are suicidal an taking there own life’s. Not all overdoses are accidentally believe me there intentionally done.!!!!

This place is a drug and alcohol treatment centre.. There's wheelchair access. There's a lift inside. There's also. Another building in Gillingham just for alcohol. And aftercare for ex addicts!!! So if you want any help please phone them. All details on opening and closing times by CTV @ staff are friendly enough. You can feel at ease when you tell them what help you need and on what areas you need.

Key workers behaviour unprofessional and inappropriate at best. Confidentiality and safeguarding exceptionally poor/almost non existant. Reception staff rude and lady doctor dismissive and uncaring.

Never see more bad servis and unprofessional and rude behavior of staff and doctors ,who actually put them self on first place and acting like we are here for them and no oposit like has to be ...from first moment no believe you and betray you ...exactly in moment when you are absolutely without any defense and this is why I think about this place so critically ...........despite that is possible found there help if you ask for Peter who is only one who still is fully profesional and very helpfull .in my country is say :one exceptions made rule .
