Drove almost 2 hours from kent to find out that my MRI appointment had been cancelled and drove back extremely disappointed. Frustrating part is the patients cannot speak to a receptionist, basicly it is only one way communication. I tried to call the centre in the morning and also left a voicemail and a text, but they only have options to leave voice msg and the receptionist told me that the reason we can’t speak to them in phone is because of the high volume of calls they are receiving. What is the receptionist there for? Chefs must cook wether its 1 or 200 customers. Either manage or quit. The manager should be looking at this matter if not get some other job.

Trying to get through the phone for the last 3 days and nobody answers the "three options" in their phone line. Also filled a form with my enquiry and nobody wrote me back.

Has a phone line. No one answers said phone line ever. Very broken booking system where they text you from s random mobile number a few hours before your appointment asking you to confirm an appointment you never knew about

Staff on the day doing the scan could not fault professional, prompt very friendly however very poor admin and absolutely impossible to get hold of anyone or get an actual answer as no one seems to understand systems and procedures. I have given this a 1 star due to expecting the experience of a private patient far better than that of the NHS and sadly on this occasion they missed the mark seems like a conveyor belt in out with the next patient waiting. However not all are as bad I think I will be staying with Vista Health.

They never answer the phone, or their emails. They originally told me they sent my MRI results but my GP never received them. So now I'm trying to chase and chase but it is seemingly impossible to get an actual answer.
