Very poor service. Rehabilitation non existent just an exercise sheet. Very little communication with clients or relatives. Ambulances called unnecessarily with informing the client. Given a Christmas gift for the wrong gender which sums up the lack of individual care.
Interesting the NHS does not allow you to post negative reviews on this facility

No star. Appalling. No rehab provided, rather a deliberate effort to put up barriers to avoid doing physio. Even worse, there was lack of responsibility for care leading to rapid deterioration; 999 call made, and an urgent ambulance transfer to A&E. Avoid this place-it almost killed my mum!

This place is not good being trying to call for last hour with no one answering the phone also when called in evening staff dont seem very bothered with concerns about my family member that's in there !staff don't bother keep her in the room she's only 53years with cancer so disgusting ..called myself 12times today and my husband also no one answered to us totally not acceptable if you ask me it's no way to treat people no wonder they don't have alot of good reviews..called another 4times and still no answer unreal .!! Totally disgusted wheres the staff ..on there fones !
