I'm very pleased with the services of Tudor house clinic! Special thanks to the receptionist ( I think it is Teresa) she is very lovely and helpful. The nurse is lovely, too. Dr. Gosain is very helpful as well. Thank you!

While the doctors are highly skilled, the administrative side is extremely disappointing. Booking an appointment is a frustrating experience. Their online booking system is unnecessarily complex and almost unusable—despite spending over 30 min filling out the forms, you still end up having to talk to the receptionists to finalise the process. If you call them and you’re the first in the queue, you still need to wait more than 20 minutes for them to answer the phone. And if there are two or three people ahead of you in the queue, forget about it… The reception and management staff are unhelpful and poorly organised, making the entire experience stressful for patients. I tried to resolve my issue with the receptionists, but it didn’t work. They promised a call from management, but it never happened.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this medical centre until they address these serious issues.

I was able to easily schedule my appointment via telephone. Once I arrived I was greeted my a very pleasant receptionist and was seen shortly after. The waiting room is spacious and the facilities clean. Staff are helpful and polite. Care is good.

The receptionist the lady is very Kind and helpful, we're late for 30mins and asked if we can reschedule, she let us come same day. While the Nurse who given my child a vaccine was the opposite she was rough telling me off that she called 2x which I didn't hear as my child is very loud and she was not around so I didn't see. I had to tell her. Kudos to the receptionist 🙏

Wasn’t a good start but I found the receptionist very nice and my doctor was amazing I just transferred from another surgery who were very disappointing

Can't say much, there's is the good and bad. The doctor is very friendly and do a good job. And the bad is when you are bringing some stuff for the nurses.
At 1-06 they are closed at 1-00
I understand that, because they have to be close for break. So i was 5 min late. So i had to post it in the letter box. I was told i was 5 min late. I had to ring to find out if they got my dad stuff. If i didn't ring, they would have left my dad stuff on the floor.

I’m here since 1st July 2024, it’s one of the worst surgery ever. When you did 5 e-consult ,you will get 1 reply and appointment will be booked according to the admin convenience, they don’t like it if you ask about your appointment or anything. Then they will book your appointment far away.
And there is no follow up. If you done a test or something. They will just send a text . As a patient we don’t understand what is that mean. I did my ultrasound scan, they just send me a text and no appointments even I requested as a econsult .

I’m in horrible pain, they just doing a referral and I’m waiting for an appointments for ages . Also when I check my app they mentioned all my condition are minor, but it’s not . It’s very severe pain. They really don’t care . Honestly. Horrible surgery.
