Since finding out about True Alignment through a friend’s recommendation, my neck pain has dramatically improved. I’ve seen several osteopaths and physios over the years but none as thorough and professional as Roy. Everything is explained really well and any questions are answered in an easy to understand way. I’d definitely recommend True Alignment to anyone looking for an Osteopath and will be back myself if I ever need any more help in the future.

What a superb clinic! I was recommended to visit the practice after having suffered with sciatica and lower back pain for many years. I had been a several other clinics but hadn't made the progress I needed. I felt like I was going to be sick with this pain. I immediately felt relaxed. The clinic was modern and clean. The consultation was detailed and very thorough. I was given a diagnosis and an explanation of how many treatments I would need. All the way through the treatment my osteopath would explain what was happening. The whole experience was excellent and I couldn't recommend the clinic enough! If you are suffering with an injury, a back injury like me or shoulder pain, elbow pain, knee, ankle, neck etc (all joints/ muscles/ tendons / ligaments) then give them a call and book in, you won't regret it.

After a very thorough initial consultation, I had 4 sessions over the following month to rectify the problem.
