Went in today for a look around, had the same experience, went to the front desk, a lad said you need to go jn there (pointed tk the cafe/bar) and speak to them, when I said who he pointed to the bar and 5 people were there, I thought that was rude. Eventually I to Gemma who was very helpful and helped me with the app as I am rubbish with technology. I asked for a look around and she asked me to wait 10 minutes if I had the time, I said that was fine. Bailey came to find me and he was more than helpful. Shame the young lady behind the bar didn't seem to want to help 😕 thank you Gemma and Bailey, I hope it only gets better the more I visit. Not been to a gym for about 5 years

Went in to sign up to the gym. Stood for ten mins at reception for nobody to come, head into the cafe and asked a staff member (young lady) is anybody on reception she tutted rolled her eyes and said the cafe is reception I said I wish to sign up and she said you’ll have to give me two minutes and walked away. Attitude was disgusting and clearly don’t want new members

Terrible handling of cancellation, especially due to exceptional circumstances, sent threatening letters and ridiculous admin fees all over Christmas. Do not recommend.

Excellent facilities and staff. It is a pity that they are about to lose their greatest asset and hardest worker in Jason. He has been an absolute credit to Trilogy in the couple of years we have known him and would have represented Trilogy so well in Management. He will be very hard to replace but is doing the right thing by qualifying in his chosen profession and bettering himself.

Love Trilogy in Duston. Friendly approachable staff who always make time to be polite and professional. Great gym which suits my needs and fun classes with amazingly good instructors. Very clean and such a friendly atmosphere. Cannot recommend highly enough and such good value. Thank you to all at Duston Trilogy, you make a great team.

Love the place. Has some amazing classes, great staff and all the equipment you need for a successful workout. In regards to the Trilogy chain, it offers so much diversity. Each gym offers something different. Duston has an amazing free weight area. Mounts has the health suite, Cripps has some dedicated rooms, one of which a virtual spin room. I’m yet to trial Danes camp and Lings. Love it and excellent value for money.
