What a joke, I've spent 4 hours on Friday calling them and phone is just ringing and ringing as if they are sat there watching it.
I've been doing same since half 8 today and same again no one is answering,
Good thing I have unlimited calls otherwise I'd be screwed.
Why say you are open at 8.30am then not answer phones, getting very very frustrated especially as there seems to be no other way of contacting them, makes me just want to march down to them in person seeing as calling is getting me no where.

After reading references here I was afraid and wasn't looking forward to visit this clinic at all. Fortunately I really must say my experience was pleasant and I wouldn't change anything. Very kind staff who explained to me everything about the examination beforehand and was very patient with clarifying anything if I needed, since English is not my native language. I would definitely recommend.

My docs surgery is useless for booking appointments within two weeks. To the point where I recieved my pills late on multiple occasions. The doctors I saw never listened to my complaints about the pills I was on brushing them off as normal side effects. I recalled using this clinic once in my past for an emergency pill and I decided to try going here instead. The staff are lovely and actually helped me find the right pills for me. I now have no side effects and know I can walk in and get my next set when I am ready. I always point my friends this direction for any sexual health needs because I know they'll retrieve the care and advice they need

Flying scotsman doctors quite clearly don't read comments left by people putting in repeat prescriptions online on the NHS app.
I'm having to chase around now phoning 111 to get a urgent repeat sent to a different chemist because weldricks close at 1pm on Saturdays.
It's about time you read your comments .
Last month you forgot to put one of my tablets in as well .
They think I've nothing else to do but run around correcting their mistakes..

Waited nearly an hour to see someone, considering when I came in no one was I'm and I watched 5 people who came after me walk in and straight out! Answer on the reception- I don't know what happened! Don't worry, been sat here for nearly an hour, sure you have noticed as you booked me in!!!

Absolutely awful, I came with my problems, the "doctor" Mrs Joke didn't even listen to me, just tried to fill her form in the computer system and made me to do HIV test and chlamydia test without any medical reason. I have heard that Polish people have HIV oftener than English people and that's the only reason. I've spent two hours waiting for viewing, and been bullied by racist people anyway. Doesn't make any sense. Better choose another place.

Opening times that make no consideration for people that work and might want to get contraception. Staff that make you feel awful and have no consideration for mental health (I’m only JUST overweight according to bmi, we’re talking 1 point) by telling me how huge I am and trying to bully me into different contraception (I had a baby not long ago and am recovering from an eating disorder which I told them but they said I still need to lose weight) and refusing my usual contraception. This has happened twice now, and after struggling not to slip back into my eating disorder the last few weeks, after seeing them last I’ve now not eaten for 3 days so thanks for that. Will not be going back.

Not everyone goes hear for their sexual health problems in fact they go for verious reasons. I found their isn't enough spaces for people who turn up early shouldn't have to be turned away people should be able to wait and be seen. Get more staff and hurry with the time waiting. Not every human can throw a day away doing nothing but wait. Disappointed with the service tbh.
