The service from this hospital is way above what I expected.
The rooms are clean and I was looked after on all aspects.
Theatre surgeon, nurses checked up on me before they finished...Night staff checked up on me every three hours.

Everything went perfectly, I was so scared as never had surgery before but the surgeon put me at ease came to see me after too. The nurse who then took care of me after was the most caring person I've ever come across, wish i got her name so i could thank her, she walked me to the car at end. There was a bit of a wait at start as expected so i suggest you take your phone chargers for the waiting room

I took my child to have a procedure done under anaesthetic. My little boy is only 4 so you can imagine how scared and anxious he was about the whole situation. The building is immaculate, and the room we were staying in was pristine. I cannot thank all the staff there that looked after my son and made him feel as reassured and comfortable as possible enough. They delivered excellent patient centred care with such outstanding care and compassion. I would highly recommend this clinic.

I came to Cliffs Trent Clinic to have a gallbladder removal surgery. I was very nervous and frightened of being put to sleep but the nurses kindly reassured me and told me not to worry.
Once the surgery was over, I woke up in the recovery room with two nurses looking after me. Unfortunately I cannot remember their names but they were absolutely amazing. They never left me alone. They were truly angels in disguise. The overall care given by the doctors and nurses is phenomenal. The admin team were brilliant too. If your thinking about booking at Trents Cliff, do it....the service and care is fantastic.

Heres my my review, its a long story so bear with me
After being on the NHS waiting list very nearly 2 years with a recurrent umbilical hernia I had a call out the blue from Trent Cliffs regarding my hernia,we agree a date and it was set for 19-01-2023, it will be done on the NHS with no cost to me
On that date I reported to Trent Cliffs at 08:00 I was shown to a private room which was clean but absolutely freezing, I tried turning the radiator on but couldn't
At about 10-00 the surgeon came in said hello sat bedside scribbling on his iPad for 5 minutes which I had to sign
I asked him will it be keyhole? He grunted back anyone that takes that on as keyhole surgery wants there head looking at
I couldn't believe how he spoke to me as there were so many questions I wanted to ask, after that he gave me the iPad to sign I can't remember his name but he seemed real nasty arrogant bloke,
At about 11:30 the anethatist arrived put a cannula in and took blood and pressure.
Next time I saw him was in theatre,he never said any just crept up behind me and gave me anesthetic in the cannula
Had the op and back in room about 2:00pm got discharged and went home same day
A week later I had the staples out
Following day blood and fluid was pouring out went to the chemist who said it was infected took 11weeks to clear up by the end of March I just knew it had failed again
In Nov 2024 had it done properly at LRI
First picture is by a butcher at Trent cliffs, second is by Professor David Lloyd at Leicester Royal Infirmary
I think it was because I was NHS patient
I wouldn't recommend Trent Cliffs to cut fingernails
Pic 1is after surgery @trent cliffs
Pic2 is the end result of a bodge job
Pic3 is 6 days after surgery @ Leicester Royal Imfirmary surgery by
Professor David Lloyd and his team
For which I'm truly grateful.
Just beware if Trent cliffs contact you out the blue.
