I originally stumbled across Transcend a few years ago looking for a local crystal seller that I could trust, since then I have been to a number of their classes and indulged in treatments! I come back every week, because I have never felt so welcome, everyone you meet whether part of the Transcend crew or are visiting are just lovely!
If you haven’t visited already, then you are missing out!

Visited with my sister and nephew for the first time today.

We all really enjoyed ourselves, staying for an Indigo Moon Smoothie, Mushroom Matcha latte and mushroom cacao in the vegan cafe. Yum!

The walk through shop is very well stocked with all the well being essentials.

We had a lovely chat with the staff who are all volunteers within the clearly beautiful Transcend family.

Plenty going on classwise too, from yoga and mediations, to tarot readings and talking therapies to much, much more.

All in all its a lovely nurturing space. 😁💫

Hidden gem of Eccles!
First time visiting today and guaranteed not the last!
The coffee shop was lovely - if your vegan / lactose it has a good selection of food and dairy alternatives.
The staff were welcoming, and so friendly!
It has a large variety of clothes, gifts, alternative lifestyle, spiritual, art, jewelry.
The shop was spread across into different sections.
If you love the alternative / spiritual this is the place for you. Book lending available aswell.

They also have loads of classes/ resources / fitness/ baby and toddler activities classes.
I was incredibly impressed with everything going on.

This is a truly wonderful gem in Eccles. Transcend Studios is a CIC that works in bringing in well-being in a way that is approachable, inclusive, supportive and joyful, for both their community, as well as those who come from afar. Transcend Studios works tirelessly at bringing those who need well being the most into their space, as they work closely with referrals, as well as others. I have had the pleasure to attend some of their wonderful events and courses; I did my sound practitioner course there, and I felt that Paulo and Cherry’s knowledge and tenderness was incredibly special and nourishing to both our hearts, minds and souls!
I can’t say enough for Paulo, who I feel has such a wonderfully kind, joyous and generous heart! Thank you Paulo and team for making well-being accessible for all! ❤️

I have been going to the Transcend Studios for about 8 months.I wasn't feeling very well mentally due to my busy job as a staff nurse.
I felt tired ,a bit low in mood , burnt out and very stressed.
On my first visit I was met by the lovely friendly staff who explained all the classes and sessions they run .I joined the Qi Gong session which is so calm and relaxing .
Paulo and Andrea talk you through the class step by step .It's so friendly and relaxed .
I now attend Qi Gong ,Yoga, soundbath (every Tuesday evening )and the Sound cradles .
The sessions have helped almost eliminate how badly I was feeling when I first attended. Paulo who owns Transcend Studios is always on hand to offer advice and support to anybody who needs it .
The Moon Chi cafe is a lovely calm ,relaxing and inclusive place to relax with a great menu selection. The small shop sells crystals,incense, wind chimes ,Buddha, Chakra items, books and much more .
I have made quite a few friends here and don't feel so isolated anymore .
I just drop in for a coffee anytime and get a warm welcome .
The classes are great value for money.
All the staff are qualified and and highly trained .
It's become my second home and I plan on going to many more of the classes, events and sessions they hold .
I really do recommend this lovely friendly place .
Try one of the sessions or events they hold .I guarantee 💯 you won't be disappointed.
It's great for anybody with health conditions to help improve your overall physical health .
Fantastic for anybody with mental health disorders to help with wellbeing,anxiety, isolation and loneliness.
Transcend Studio is a place in the community that is much needed with the busy lives we lead and to tackle loneliness and improve our health .
My personal favourite is the Sound Cradles.Then again it's hard to choose .
I am booked on The summer Solstice session .I also plan on The Crystal's session and 80s Aerobics.
The list is endless !

Qi Gong, Sound Baths, and Sound Cradles are just some of the events and classes available at the Transcend Studios near Eccles. Yoga, Reiki, Relaxing Massages, and many more classes are available at the Transcend Centre, which even has it's own car park (free).
There is also an on-site cafe, with a good selection of food and drinks. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, and sociable. The atmosphere and ambience of the Transcend Studios is very relaxed and uplifting.
If you are on your own and would like to meet new friends, become more confident socially, this place is a must.
There is also a shop on site which offers a good selection of souvenirs, should you require any retail therapy. There are books to read too.
Just pop in for a drink, you will be pleasantly surprised.

Rest and rejuvenation workshop was amazing, thank you to Marie and Paige. From first entering the room, the warmth the smell, the layout and starting with Kundalini yoga, chanting, the smooth transition into Yin yoga. The flow and energy. Thank you, I will sleep well. 🙏
