I have been attending monthly journal sessions with Alexis Jones and to say that they have been life changing is an understatement. Each time she creates a safe space for participants to reflect, share, and grow. I feel that I am more equipped to manage my stress, negative thoughts, and overcome fears. I use her strategies daily. The guided journaling course is perfect for anyone looking to become a better version of themselves. It is easy to follow and well thought out. Overall, I highly recommend Transcend Clinical Services. The staff is professional and Alexis Jone is incredibly thoughtful, compassionate, and engaging!

I've had a very fortunate opportunity and unmatched experience with Alexis and her journal sessions. Alexis herself is professional, genuine, and sincere along with the light, love, and compassion that she brings into the world. Her journal sessions have brought more out of me and continuously leaves me enlightened with things about myself that I've never experienced in any therapy or journal session I have had in my life. Two years ago I was anxious, couldn't sleep and was grieving the loss of my mother. Thank God I began therapy sessions with Aneesha Scott. I am so grateful she taught me the tools to care for myself, establish boundaries and repair relationships. Aneesha was compassionate but firm, pushing me to do things outside my comfort zone while helping me grow as a person, mentally, spiritually, and emotionally. I truly enjoy the live journaling sessions through Transcend Clinical Services and look forward to them. I never journaled before so didn’t know what to expect but through these sessions I have learned to become more intentional daily and that has help level my anxiety. Becoming a mother almost eight years ago brought on a lot of anxiety. Through Transcend Clinical Services, I have established healthier ways to manage my anxiety, specifically through journaling. The live guided journaling sessions are always warm and welcoming. I am also thankful for “Journey Beyond Your Limits”. This guided journaling course has been something I have been able to use at my own pace as I continue to manage my anxiety. I connected with Alexis Jones through a Fitness group (Instafam Fitness), where she frequently led guided meditation sessions. I was thrilled to learn how to honestly and lovingly flow through these sessions, that I invited friends to join whenever I could. I enjoyed it so much I invited her to lead my young adult ministry group at Alfred Street Baptist Church and my account at a big 4 accounting firm. Her warmth and professionalism are out of this world. Although her audiences were different for church and work, she didn’t skip a beat. She brought her authentic self and provided tools for us to manage daily stressors and celebrate our wins! You won’t find someone more passionate, kind, and dedicated to work with. The therapists at Transcend have been a great asset for therapeutic Sevices. They provide great communication and therapy services. Also, they are very helpful and meet you where your needs are. I recently completed the guided journaling course and it was exactly what I needed! It was very easy to navigate and helped me tackle many things I needed to address in the comfort of my own home. Not to mention I can do it as many times as I need to. Along with the perks that come with it thrown in as a surprise extra, It’s perfect!
