My wife had a surgery in orthopaedic ward 12 and day surgery admitted morning 7:15 and discharged at 6:30 PM. They told us to leave home once operation over your wife call you. Everything went well and successfully completed surgery in back of shoulder. Good neat and clean hospital. Both doctors and nurses very good in taking care of my wife during surgery.

I just want to say a huge thank you to all of the staff for the excellent care I have recently received. From the very first telephone appointment, the procedure and the telephone call to tell me the good news of my results, I could not have received better care.

Had to visit twice in past few days with an injury to my right leg. I was looked after fantastically by the staff from arriving to the nursing staff who bandaged my leg. In particular nurse Dawn was excellent with her care on both visits. I’m now on antibiotics hopefully to enable the wound to heal better. I just wanted to express my gratitude to everyone at the urgent care unit for my care twice in past few days.

To whom it may concern

I have had two total knee replacement operations. Both procedures at Trafford General. My surgeon was Mr Richard Samaji and his team on both occasions.

I would like to say a massive thank you to Mr Samaji for his incredible skills. Also a huge thank you for his amazing team. Plus all the staff at Trafford General.

As a heart patient who has anxiety, I was very worried and frightened to have the surgery. I explained my worries whereupon the whole team made me feel safe and cared for throughout.

Thank you for your support during this incredible journey back to health.

The operation on both knees. Was seamless. Limited pain well managed. I had no trouble with either knee post op.
I took all the advice offered and given by staff and was up and about within a month with full mobility. I followed advice to the letter and so the recovery has been very quick.

Thank you all. My family and I are very lucky to have Trafford General on our doorstep.

Merry Christmas and All the best for 2025.

Felt like we were walking into monsters inc with ROZ on the reception, (urgent care centre) I took notice how she was rude to anyone with a darker skin colour then a white paper sheet or an accent. My girl speaks great English but with an accent and she tried embarrassing her in-front of the whole room. Rude and disrespectful. Always the ones that sit behind a desk and do nothing. Good to see they are hiring anyone! Don’t come here if you have recently got a tan, cause they will most likely decline basic respect!

Ward 12 staff were super friendly! I had a day operation there and was nervous about the procedure, but they treated me very well. A staff member made sure to give me an item when I accidentally left it in the ward!

I never caught their names but every single staff member was communicative and pleasant, from nurses to surgeons.
