Patients have reported excellent service, with short wait times and efficient communication with the practice team.

One patient praised the practice for their excellent service, stating that they received a phone call from the practice nurse to inform them that their prescription would be ready in 30 minutes.

Another patient appreciated the practice's wheelchair-accessible facilities, noting that they were able to easily navigate the building.

However, some patients have reported issues with the practice's appointment system, with one patient stating that they had to wait for an extended period of time to be seen.

Overall, the practice seems to have a good reputation, with patients praising their excellent service and efficient facilities.

I had excellent service this morning with the Practice. Waited a short time, explained my situation and within 30 minutes received a phone call from the practice nurse and informed a prescription would be ready in 30 minutes waiting for me at the chemist. I could not ask for better service thank you very much.

My wife and I are very grateful to the TMGP for its commitment to the care of its patients. The receptionists are always friendly and helpful, the nurses always very thorough and professional, whilst the doctors are all exceptional. We consider ourselves fortunate to be able to have access to such wide ranging medical care. The plans to occupy the ground floor of the former Debenhams building would enable the practice to have the very best modern premises. It is to be hoped that the necessary funds are found to move ahead with this.

I’ve been trying for two days to get in touch with this GP practice, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. The e-consult system is supposed to make things easier, but it told me it couldn’t understand my issue and didn’t allow me to book an online appointment—how does that even make sense? So, I had to resort to calling the practice.

I followed the advice to call at 8:00 AM sharp, only to spend 30 minutes redialing without any success. I have a job to do—one that contributes taxes to fund this so-called "free" healthcare system (note the sarcasm)—and I simply can’t spend all morning glued to the phone. When I finally got through at 11:00 AM, I was told all the same-day appointments were already gone.

To make matters worse, they suggested that someone else could try calling on my behalf in the morning. Seriously? At what time exactly is this miracle call supposed to get through? I tried repeatedly from 8:00 AM for half an hour!

This system is broken. How do people manage to get the care they need under these conditions? Absolutely infuriating and unacceptable.

Despite the surgery being under pressure from patient numbers I have never received anything but the very best care from the receptionists, nurses and Doctors, particularly Dr Singh and Dr Price. For 5 years now I have been battling advanced cancer and they have been brilliant IN SUPPORTING ME. THANK YOU

This surgery refuse to acknowledge private GPs saying I have multiple, extremely disabling physical issues.
They seem to think they are psychic, I get the Impression , in terms of my interaction with them, that despite being warned of legal issues with records , the staff create a narrative in their head in which there are no problems, just me manipulating them, quite obviously thats what's going on in their heads.
My vaccine access was cut, with a claim I asked for that left on my record.
I have all communications fully documented.
That is categorically untrue.

Additionally they seem incapable of reading what's in front of them reading, just the simple task of accurately scanning text is completely beyond them.

One email: you aren't missing any vaccines and we won't test you for prior unmanaged infection, was effectively the response.

On challenge..
Suddenly I'm missing one. And very conveniently it's the one which would obscure results in immune profile results which would show prior infection had caused my current nuerological problems.

Honestly, unless you really enjoy drawing up legal documents, and the more written material you get to include, the more you like it, this surgery, and all in this area, create far more problems than they have ever solved.

Callous staff, incapable of taking direction or listening.
All throw a childish fit when challenged, and make claims of mental instability and poor recall on my part, to me.

I'm afraid my #devices actually record what they say.
So recall is zero to do with it.

Less than eight weeks with the practice and I've had to MASSIVELY escalate these issues, mostly to protect other patients, as they insist it's standard conduct. A damning admission when paired with records of communication.

I do not interact with the NHS without legal.and medical backing, and extensive records kept.

This is what happens when a medical/science based Service starts keeping antivaxxers (anti science, anti medicine) on staff, insead of sending them to the dole queue.

When gender critical beliefs are allowed, despite the fact that is a philosophical belief, not a scientific one, that leads to denial of care, due to the intense lack of empathy inherent in minority targeting beliefs, and there is no accepted scientific basis for it.

Allow some types of selfishness and ab*se of patients, you get people who are happy with that, joining to work in that service.

It should be no shock to anyone that this has happened to our GPs offices around the country.

If you feel really sick and are mobile, just go to the walk in center.
Better still .private GP to keep a record of NHS failings and diagnosis,
If they double down as they have with me, and deny things are real, they are then FULLY LIABLE.

Staff are lovely, can’t fault the staff and doctors. My issue is I don’t understand why I can’t even get through when I phone dead on 8 multiple times and then 1 or 2 minutes past 8 I get through and the appointments are taken up? How? In the space of 1,2 minutes? The online system is not any better either. What’s happening?

I’ve only come here for quicker appointments when my surgery is full. Professional and hard working staff. They fit my children in late in the evening. Very pleased

I see that most of the reviews are because cannot get an appointment via phone call. This surgery is actually amazing, and I always get to speak to a GP or appropriate health care staff the same day I use the online system to get help. The online system is handy, and every time I have had my issues sorted right away. All the doctors I have encountered are great at this place! If you’re struggling to get through on the phone, just go through the online system on their website instead!
