After suffering from chronic pain for over 12 years as a result of a car accident, my husband suggested acupuncture. I just wish I had done it sooner!
I could not have been more impressed, Liz has changed my life without a doubt. Liz started with a detailed breakdown of my symptoms to devised a plan of action, which she constantly changes and adapts to improve my wellbeing. She explains everything she would like to do and continually checks to see that I am comfortable and if want to carry on or stop. Her rooms are very clean and well set up, new sets of needles and sharps are used and opened every session and disposed or appropriately as well as gloves, hand sanitizer and alcohol wipes. I would happily pay to be treated by Liz every week but this is proving to not be needed as the relief I get from the treatment is lasting longer after each session so my appointments are moving further apart. There is no pressure to book another appointment it's purely at my request and although Liz tries to book an appointment to suit me it can be difficult as she's is in demand with her regular patients. Long may she continue.

Absolutely amazing. Almost instantly my nightmares stopped, which I originally went for. More importantly, and unexpectedly, Liz helped me on a self discovery I couldn't have done alone. In one appointment she put a hand to my knee as I cried and said "Remember, you're allowed to have private feelings and you're not responsible to anyone to share them".
