We had careers in for my relative after the hospital set us up with Townfield in the discharge care package. Two people were meant to come three times a day for an hour a time. They usually stayed no longer than 15 minutes and sometimes only one turned up. The people are lovely but we were paying £200 a week and definitely weren't getting our money's worth.

I know there is a current staff crisis that's been going on for a few years now and I can't blame any of the staff, the care they received from some of the people was amazing and I thanked them personally but the way the company is being run needs looking at.
