All female receptionists are very rude, arrogant and useless. They are not willing to help with anything. They just say whatever to get rid of you. They misinform, give different information each time you ask and constantly lie. They are not listening at all, talk over you, raise their voice, roll their eyes, leave the reception when you are talking to them or talk to other patients and leave you without any answer. I was told by one of the receptionists to go private if I can't wait when I waited the whole day for the doctor to call me where an appointment was booked for the morning. I couldn't talk to the manager about three times because the receptionists say the manager is always busy. I waited but they didn't even inform the manager. They just gave me a general email address to the practice and I don't believe this is the only way to contact the manager. I can't understand why the manager and doctors are letting the receptionists behave like that towards patients. They have enough time to laugh at patients at the reception, I witnessed it twice but not to help you.

ZERO standard of any kind, I wouldn't even trust them to look after a dog.

They do everything wrong, the reception is very rude they can't communicate with the hospital or pharmacy, they keep repeating different rules.

Please read other real reviews, half of them are negative

My friends and I are moving from there, we're saying enough.

I am an informal carer, who attends regularly to THC, together with a lady, suffering from complicated health and medical issues.
I must confirm that Dr Jeyarajah is very hard working, kind and professional GP, who does her job very professionally.
She always takes her time to explain the medical issues politely and very consistently.
I highly recommend Dr Jeyarajah and thank her for her health and medical services.

This surgery delivers excellent service and patient care, setting a high standard for best practices in the area. I’ve been a regular patient, and I’m continually impressed by the comprehensive care provided by Dr. Raja and team. Dr. Raja, in particular, stands out for hers genuine empathy, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive medical knowledge. Together with the team, she ensures that every patient feels heard, understood, and well cared for.

The receptionists also do an admirable job, often managing a high workload with professionalism and grace. It's important for all of us to approach them with patience and understanding rather than expecting immediate responses. This surgery truly goes above and beyond in every aspect of care, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and caring practice.

Been a patient since 13.02.08 at THC, & DR Llewelyn is the most underrated,& informative, witty & wise that I have met.
Her advice previously a few years ago re changing one’s diet to probiotics, sourdough bread etc, transformed my life, health completely,
& that was over a telephone appointment when I got stroppy, when she I wrongly believed asked me something I thought irrelevant! She really is an asset, not to mention the practice manager Yesim, who’s door is literally always open for me & my complaint issues. Finally the new young man,was V helpful this morning helping one not ‘tec savvy’ to post this review!
Thanks THC,long may you reign! Paula.
