I have noticed, when I go with my Nan every Tuesday for her session, she is attached on late majority of the time. There are some patients that come after but get attached on before her. Some staff are rude, and not understanding of her needs.

It is not fair for her in having to wait, especially when her machine is cleaned and she is having to be attached after patients that have arrived after her. Also the waiting time from her coming to the clinic to her waiting to be attached can be tiring for her. She usually has to wait almost an hour just to be attached on which is very appalling.

Some stuff are ok and some stuff and very rude. My mum dont like the air bed that they have, instead she prefers the normal bed and they know in history that she dont like that air bed yet 5 times already they give her the air bed and that rude nurse says its either that or a chair. How can you put someone that is going do dialysis for 2 hours with discomfort. They need to change the staff.
