A lovely place to go for working out, swimming or running. The staff know me and my family and are always very welcoming whenever we come.

The pools are amazing! The small pool is nice for families to play or have races The larger pool is good for training especially around the time of galas.

The gym facilities are so helpful for training. The track is huge and perfect for long distance races and the women only part is great as it gives everyone a comfortable space to work out.

app does not work. Didn't let me cancel my membership. Upgraded my membership and stole an extra £20 from me. shooting yourself is a better alternative to this gym.

I went for a free day pass but didn’t even train just walked off. The free weights area was very dark, and everything’s going rusty(considering it’s quite a steep-priced gym) It’s definitely not worth the price unless the pool is something extraordinary as I didn’t try.

NOT RECOMMENCE! RUN! Our experience with this gym has been more than disappointing. Throughout the year, the front desk has repeatedly given us incorrect information, leading to negative outcomes. The most recent incident took the cake: we wanted to cancel our membership in December to avoid being charged for January. The front desk told us, “You can’t cancel in advance; you have to wait until January.” Come January, they changed their tune: “Oh no, sorry, there’s no proof you tried to cancel. It’s a one-month notice, so you’ll have to pay for an extra month.”

This is completely unacceptable—bordering on theft! To make matters worse, they had already added an extra £6 to the membership fee earlier last year without any explanation.

Train your staff better and stop exploiting your customers. DON’T GO THERE.

They charged me after freezing my account. This gym is not a good place—it’s unprofessional and insecure. Do not go there, and never give them your bank details. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been to.

Really liked the place! Lara gave a really informative tour of the facilities including the gym (yes she convinced me 😂) and I did workout on the bikes for 30mins!

Spotless as you’d expect from a top chain and all spa facilities were well kept and maintained including the huge changing room.
Loved the amazing hot pool and its invigorating but relaxing jet streams, so didn’t get time in the steam room, sauna or the 50/50 room! Nice cafe and drinking water on tap! Hope to be back soon for membership well worth the £55/month for a frequent getaway from the hustle and bustle.

What can I say such a fantastic gym. Staff all so so friendly and helpful. The swimming lessons are just fantastic. If your looking for swimming lessons for your children this is the place such amazing staff and lessons.
