Total Balance Wellbeing Centre is a nice place to go.

The staff are very polite, friendly and welcoming. They offer you hot and cold beverages upon arrival.

The chiropractors have been maintaining my back for several years now. They go above and beyond to make sure I get seen to at a convenient time that suits me. They even work in the evenings.

I definitely recommend them.

Very, very disappointed.
Attended an evening meeting originally and received a voucher, reduced from £120 to £30, I was happy with that, so paid £60 to book my wife and myself in the next week.

Spoke to Mark, he checked my back and various other things, took notes and then chatted about future meetings and helping me with my back and neck issue. Returned a week later. I was given a folder containing my information and a list of exercises to do. He then tried to manipulate me. No joy!
So I completed the exercises daily. Returned again the following Saturday to be manipulated once more. Still no joy. My back and neck hurts and it is worse after the treatment, every other chiropractor, both male and female, I’ve seen in the past has ‘clicked’ my back in first time.
Both times charged £43, for 5 minutes of his time. The session lasted 6 minutes from walking in to leaving, and I’m still suffering. I won’t be returning. It seems Total balance is just a moneymaking project. Avoid.
PLEASE look elsewhere for treatment. I would give zero stars but unfortunately I cant.

Sara has worked wonders with my trapped nerve and other issues. The entire team is friendly, helpful and welcoming - I really look forward to my appointments. I would definitely recommend anyone in pain to visit Total Balance.

I have been attending Total Balance for what must be over twenty years! I go regularly once a month to get re aligned and keep pain free.
When I first started I did not think I could keep going, however it's the old saying no gain without pain. You have to get over the first part to help on the road to being pain or less pain free!

Pain for a while. I decided to come here and i am glad i did.
Was made to very welcome and at ease from all the staff.
My treatmeant plan was made to me and i felt the improvment in my movement after only a few sessions.

Do not recommend this company was having treatment with Mark and on each paid treatment session it didn’t even last 5 minutes. Total joke just taking advantage DO NOT USE go elsewhere all these good reviews must be made up stay well clear

Firstly the staff are very professional and yet very friendly, feels welcoming when you walk in for the first time.
My initial assesment was thourough and identified the issue straight away and a plan set in place to get me back to normal.
My treatment was, and continues to be, provided by David Moore who has been a real positive influence on me motivating me to continue with the stretches and exercises.
Overall an excellent experience that has got me feeling healthier and happier than i have in a long time. Taking less pain medication, pratically none at all now, has had a massive benfit to my well being. I've even started going to the gym again.
All possible thanks to the wonderful people at the Total Balance Wellbeing Centre.
(Oh and a shout out to my wife for signing me up in the first place xx)
