Rude receptionist as always, my son called as has slammed his finger in door and was asking for advice and whether he could see a doctor. She was extremely rude to him. First time he has ever called them himself, completely un necessary attitude.
I dont understand, this is a service role in a delicate environment, people skills are essential.

I have had several conversations with one receptionist in this practice and she speaks to you like you are the s**t on her shoe!! I have made a couple of complaints but I don't think nothing ever gets done. I have asked to switch doctors but apparently that is not possible either. I guess I will be changing to another practice then!

1 particular Receptionist speaks to you like you are as the previous chap has said on his review like you are something she has just stepped in, had me in tears last year, and this morning 4th July at 8.40am she didn't fail again to show a hint of a smile or compassion , It's a shame because the Gps are amazing as are the other staff I've come across here, just be kind, you don't know what somebody is going through and even a simple smile or good morning can make a person's day.

I could hardly walk my right knee was so painful, Rang the surgery for advice at about 10am I explained to the receptionist if I could just speak to the doc. she put me on hold and few seconds later asked me to come in at 2oclock they were so helpful big thankyou. to the team at Torrington Health Centre

Had issues getting online access when recently registered however have only had need to have a general health check since and the nurse I saw was professional and very approachable and friendly

Lovely doctors and always there when you need them. I keep speaking to receptionist called Claire and she keeps talking to me like im a pig everytime i go in there or call up on the phone
