As the treatment continued I began to relax and solutions to my concerns became apparent in my mind which made me feel much better 😀. Xx

Wow. Thank you Lynni for my first ever Access Bars Treatment. I was curious to try it and it well exceeded my expectations. How can a treatment that involves such light pressure on various points on my head make me feel like I have had a massage?! But it did! I sat up and my shoulders felt so good. Later I realised my neck was freer too. I felt so much lighter as I left, as if all my cares were lifted. Lynni made me feel so comfortable and I felt really well looked after the whole time. She is a breath of fresh air. It may have been my first Access Bars, but it definitely won't be my last.

Used the infra red sauna for the first time. Lynni was so welcoming and put me right at ease. I was left in private to get changed and was provided with a gown, face cloth, water and slip on shoes then shown to the sauna. Ohh it was lovely so warm and relaxing I could have gone to sleep in there. Afterwards lynni informed me all about the benefits and how it works as well as letting me know that she recommended a shower. Lynni is so knowledgeable and welcoming and puts you right at ease. I've had massages and other treatments in the past for various aches and pains. Never disappointed.

first visited top2toe around 10 years ago, when i returned from a holiday abroad on my motorbike.i had developed a massive knot in the muscle on the top of my right neck/shoulder area
Lynni took care of it in around 5 sessions with a deep sports massage and also worked on my lower back muscles as they were very swollen after a season the motorbike. She really knows her stuff and after the sessions with her my muscles were back to normal.
i have continued to visit her as & when i require my lower back or neck area to be put back to sorted out
Lynni always does a good job and i feel so much better after she works her magic.
i will also visit her for one of her no hands massages which are superb.
Lynni is bright.bubbly,talkative and a lovely person to be around,she really makes you feel welcome when you start a course of treatment.

I recently did some work with Lynni to help me overcome some challenges I’d been struggling with and tackle the anxieties, negative feelings and re-triggering of past traumas that had really been holding me back. Lynni used a combination of Hypnotherapy, NLP and Timeline Therapy, and created some tailored sessions to help me address these issues and make some positive and empowering changes.

I noticed a huge difference after just one session, and by the end of the 3 sessions I was amazed how much progress we’d made. I felt so much stronger, calmer and more capable of dealing with stressful and anxiety-causing situations, and the trauma triggers that had plagued me for quite some time seemed like they’d just disappeared ! Lynni also gave me some fabulous tools and techniques to help me manage difficult situations much more effectively

Lynni is an amazing Therapist ! She’s so supportive and encouraging, and I thoroughly enjoyed our sessions. I found the process really gentle and nurturing but also incredibly powerful, and I always felt completely comfortable and at ease working with her, and safe to explore some quite emotional and sensitive issues. Lynni has helped me make such a positive difference in so many areas of my life and I can’t recommend her highly enough, she’s a Star !

I have been going for pregnancy massage's every other week at Top 2 Toe. last week Lynni gave me a Emmett massage I was in a lot of pain due to the baby laying on a nerve but after the massage my back felt amazing and a week later it still feels just as good. I cannot recommend Lynni enough she's all round amazing!

I visited Lynni at Top 2 Toe Therapy with a view to overcoming my fear of flying, which I have had all my adult life.
Lynni used a mixture of hypnotherapy, counselling, NLP and timeline therapy which gave me the tools and skills to enable me to fly without the need to self-medicate with alcohol, which I have had to resort to previously.
The three sessions I've had with Lynni have been worth every moment of my time. Lynni is truly magical, with a holistic approach and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the mind, body and soul.

Although I was very nervous with the idea of hypnotherapy, I soon discovered there was no reason to be as Lynni is very easy going and quickly put me at ease, the conversations flowed and before I realised another appointment was completed.
Lynni gave gentle nudges where I was a little uneasy, coupled with loads of support allowing me to move on at my own pace. I was encouraged to embrace the challenges set and enjoyed the journey of discovery. It's only when I look back to reflect do I notice the massive achievements I have made and the problems I have conquered and faced up to. I was able to undertake a 4-hour flight without the anxiety and sleepless nights leading up to it. I was able to relax in the airport where historically blind panic would have set in. There were the occasional moments of anxiety, but I had been given the tools and the skills to reign them in and not allow them to run riot.

I first met Lynni at a business networking event and I was impressed with her knowledge of physiology and how the body works! I’ve since had a couple of pregnancy massages and they have been amazing. I’ve also been on a retreat with a couple of other friends and I’ve sent my husband and mother-in-law for sports and relaxation massages! I’m always impressed with Lynni’s positivity - she can (and will!) alleviate all kinds of physical pain with her excellent massage combined with Emmett technique therapy!
