I would definitely recommend this dental practice. All of the staff were friendly and put me at ease when I had a free consultation to discuss the possibility of implants. Pieter was very helpful in explaining the options for replacing a gap in my teeth and gave me general advice on gum care too. He was very patient and answered all my questions fully. I have now booked further appointments for treatment.

I have been going to this practise for 40+ years and they deliver an incredible service. Just yesterday I took my seven year old daughter there and Josh was absolutely brilliant reassuring me on a couple of concerns I had with my daughter’s teeth. He was clear and articulate and I felt that he provided my daughter with a very good service. Would highly recommend.

What FANTASTIC treatment I received today at Calm&Gentle Dental Care, Tonbridge- in the care of the most talented Dr Pieter Caassen! The treatment was both first world and out-of-this world and at a very reasonable price (less 50%) being on their cost-efficient & comprehensive dental plan. I received a new porcelain crown to replace a previous old, metal based one - and in less than and hour and a half from start to finish - with a most splendid result! Not only this, but I felt no discomfort at all, not even from the initial injection!
I cannot sing high enough praises for this well-established practice here in Tonbridge!
Well done to Dr Claassen and all his wonderful team. I am one very happy customer!

I’ve been coming to Calm & Gentle Dental Care for over 20yrs and I can’t believe I’ve never left a review! I can honestly say I have had exceptional service from Pieter and the team, they have looked after my teeth and guided me through various treatments and options ensuring I am always giving my teeth the very best care. I trust their expertise and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly, calming dental experience. I had a filling replaced this afternoon and I genuinely didn’t feel anything! It was remarkable!

Calm and Gentle absolutely lived up to their name. I’ve had a course of appointments to plan and have treatment. Everyone I saw and spoke with really wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I was particularly nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for some time.
I felt everybody really listened to my concerns and Pieter especially took time to explain what was happening during the treatment to help me understand. He got the balance right of telling me what to expect and not telling too much so I became overwhelmed.
I did not expect to feel this, but I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back when it’s time for my next appointment.

Excellent in all respects. Friendly, professional and got a rather complicated emergency job (involving the removal of a wisdom tooth) done effectively and efficiently.
