Appointed by hospital for my elderly father with dementia to give morning medication as needs to be provided & prompted to take. At time of their arrival he was leaving his residence going to communal area for his breakfast. Told him to remember to take his tablets when he got back which is a useless request to a dementia
patient.

DONT USE THEM. MY MUM WAS LEFT IN HER OWN EXCRIMENT FOR 15 HOURS AND THEY JUDTIFIED IT BY STATING THEY HAD A CRISIS TO ATTEND TO. IN WHICH CASE THEY SHOULD HAVE ENOYGH STAFF TO COVER BOTH. AN INVESTIGATION BY CQC IS TAKING PLACE.
ONLY GOOD THING I CAN SAY ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS THAT ALL OF THE CARERS WERE LOVELY.OUR COMPLAINTS ARE NOT ABOUT THEM BUT ABOUT MANAGERES AND SERVICE PROVISION
