Needed skin tag removal from my neck. Rachel was excellent - friendly, professional and was able to do consultation and removal in one visit which was perfect. Minimal discomfort and no issues post treatment - absolutely delighted. Also a much more reasonable cost than quoted elsewhere.

I’ve been to this clinic at least 4 times over the past few years. They are very professional, clean and definitely know what they are doing. I’ve had nose filler, Botox and Tear trough filler all of which have had lasting and brilliant results. Their advice on the consultation is really good too. Karen and Charlotte are two of the practitioners I have used in the past and I can’t recommend them enough.

I’ve been to Tinkable on a number of occasions over the last 12 months and can’t speak highly enough about this place. I just love everyone of them it’s such a warm and welcoming place to go to. This visit was to the Stourbridge clinic and my very first appointment with Sally Fox.
We sat and chatted and I was asked what I’d like to achieve from my visit today. Sally went through a couple of ideas/options and explained unhurried and thoroughly as to what she thought would give me the best results.
She is so enthusiastic, caring and professional but also was so excited for me by the results she said she could achieve and WOW I just love my new lips. Thank you Sally so much. x 10/10

Charlotte from Tinkable is amazing. I’ve had Botox and filler treatments with her. She is really knowledgeable and explains everything she’s doing so well which makes me relaxed and confident in her hands. Charlotte is a real asset to Tinkable and a true star!!!

Had b12 injection with Dr Tracey this evening at the Durham Clinic. She was very welcoming, friendly and chatty. Provided good advice around use of b12, the benefits of it and advised on the dosage I may require at a later date as and when I felt I required it. No sales talk which was great. I would definitely recommend.

I went to the Enville clinic and saw Charlotte for 3 areas of Botox. I had previously been to the Stourbridge clinic. The Enville clinic is beautiful and a lovely ride out. Charlotte was great. She listened to what I wanted from my results and discussed a different brand of Botox. She made me feel calm and comfortable and she is lovely to chat to. When I asked, she very kindly offered me advice on skincare products for dark pigmentation on my forehead and gave me lots of useful information. The following day she emailed me with the products she recommended and information on how to use them. I didn’t feel pressured into buying them she explained I could remove products if I wished to she also sent me a 10% discount code. I am now looking forward to my new skincare regime and will definitely be returning to Charlotte in the future 😊
