Arrived 1 hour 15 minutes before closing to ask if my own pre bought dog tag could be engraved. Employee said no as he didn’t have time although he was doing nothing when I arrived! Very disappointed as I had to travel further as my local Timpson engraving machine had broken (I told the employee this but it was still a no!)
