This training was booked within a short period of time and the company were so accommodating within ensuring this was delivered within a very short period of time. The trainer who arrived was very articulate and very well informed around the issues we were facing as an organisation. The whole staff team feel they have benefited greatly from this and we have seen the knowledge of the staff develop within these fields. The trainer Christian was very person centered within his approach and ensured that he covered a variety of learning styles throughout the sessions which ensured that all staff's individual learning preferences where tailored to and this ensured a high level of retention.
