This service lacks credibility.
My medication reviews were inexplicably transferred to them, they ring, without appointment. Then if I don’t make myself available they simply cancel VITAL medication. I complained and their manager contacted me and made new detailed arrangements for future contact. First time they utilised the new processes it FAILS, incompetence personified!
45 years NHS service (23 as a matron responsible for 6 hospitals) and absolutely ZERO confidence in the systems they do, or do not actually put in place!
Please don’t tell me to e mail you, already done. Personally, I have asked the commissioning service to review if your service is fit for purpose.
I have passed my significant concerns onto the Care quality commission.

Visited today for steroid injection and had a great experience, the lady on reception was very nice, welcoming and friendly. Appointment was on time, the clinician was knowledgeable, made me feel at ease, explained the procedure fully and it was all over in 15 min.

Had the pleasant experience of visiting the fobbing hub yesterday. The lady on reception was friendly. Al ( hope this is right) was luvly, friendly and put me at ease. The clinitian ( sorry cannot his remember name) was luvly and friendly also.

I had to attend the Health hub in Fobbing Road last saturday, 12th March, for an ultrasound guided injection. The young lady who greeted me at reception and accompanied me throughout the procedure was absolutely lovely. The doctor was quite businesslike, but obviously very good at his job, as I had minimal discomfort throughout.
All in all, a positive experience. Thank you.

Awful. Told to come early for 715pm appt only to find IT systems down. Sent home after an hour. Got appt next day and couldn’t park in tiny car park. Building a dump. Doctor was the rudest, least attentive person ever. She rushed the whole thing, talked over me and didn’t seem to care about anything other than getting me out in less than a minute. I would never go here again and that doctor needs retraining. Awful woman.

Saw a physiotherapist 29.04.23 and given exercises to do. Even though still in the most awful pain cannot get follow up appointment in two weeks brought forward.

Guided injection, excellent service, everything was explained, and any questions I had answered, I felt comfortable, and it was not as bad as I thought it was going to be, aftercare explained. Now wait and see if it works fingers crossed.

The women I saw was completely insensitive to my problem. Was in and out in what felt like a matter of seconds, it just felt like she did not want to deal with me. Seriously in the wrong line of work if you ask me.
