Was with them for years since I was a child. I didn't see them over covid times and after due to not wanting or needing any medical care. I then find out that they took me off their books.... after i told them I didn't want to change doctors just didn't need an appointment and they did this without notice... so this doctors likes to ensure people with mental health have no support! And now I need to see someone due to worrying symptoms but now have no where to go. I'm now awaiting the mp to contact me back as they have not answered my phone calls. The stress they have caused me was avoidable. Shows they have now patient care.

The reception was very friendly. I requested an appointment to see a doctor and was offered one on the same day. I couldn’t attend, so I was scheduled for first thing the next morning. The doctor was polite and professional. Thank you!

This practice opened our eyes how badly we were treated in our former GP surgery.
Staff is so friendly, swift, competent and kind. We actually felt like respected human beings. Compassion and hands on mentality are such a rare quality and in this GP it's all there. Top!!!!!!!!!!!

I phoned for an appointment just after the school run time for my toddler. Was told they had no appointments and I needed to go online & fill out the e consult form & then I would get a call back in a few days. The surgery itself is always boiling hot to the point it’s uncomfortable. Dr Jaffrey is sadly who I often end up seeing. He shows no empathy or sympathy & just types at the computer screen while asking questions. He called me at random once saying it was a medication review for my toddler. I said ok. He asked what medication he was on. I said well you’re calling me for the review you should know, what does his file say? He said oh it says he’s not on anything, why am
I calling you? I said I don’t know Dr Jaffrey, you’re the doctor… ok buh bye then. I’ve been with this surgery since moving to the area over 5years ago & have not had a Doctor that I’ve seen at each appointment (except Jaffrey for my children) it’s always a different doctor so you can’t build
Up any trust or rapport the way you used to.

The receptionist was very rude, can’t answer on my questions, shout on me, was so unprofessional! Never ever again register in this practice.
All doctor are very good, but receptionist need understand how to speak with patient politely.

Worst healthy centre what i was in my life.
Always no appointments always administration services are bad not helpful rude and don’t want to do job what is belong to them.
Always must do your self bookings by internet and that way i don’t understand what 3 people seating and doing there and for that they get money from government.
My opinion people change and never try to go there worst healthy center ever….

I been to Gp Wednesday as I feel unwell the doctor explained me and he found out that my BP is very low
He then call ambulance for me to make sure that I will be treated straight away in Basildon hospital the receptionist is very nice she watch over me until the ambulance arrives I give 5 star to the doctor and the receptionist.Thank you for your service and support.

Two stars for the two receptionists that were very polite, professional, patient and helpful. The other lady was very rude and her behaviour towards me regarding ammendments needed to be made to a prescription as recommended by the paediatrician was quite disgusting. Very unprofessional and appalling behaviour!!!
