Never had a problem till now.
Going downhill, you speak to different receptionists and get told incorrect information, my husband tried ringing today after various attempts when he finally got through no appointments available.
I went to doctors to tell the receptionist you cant book online appointments, she said you can,went home logged on and no you cant.I was also told i could not physically make an appointment even though i was present and would have to pop in the next day.
Rang doctors to explain you can’t log online to make appointments after been told by a previous receptionist you could ,the person on phone said they were getting too many people wanting appointments so they have turned online facility off,she said i would be able to make an online appointment after six, so i have tried and no you cant , so thats 2 receptionist that have told me incorrect information.
My husband wants the appointment after talking to a doctor last Tuesday who was no help whatsoever.

Worst gp ever , never get though , receiption never listen what u says , all they do ask you to ring 111, never helped , don’t recommend at all

Been registered here just over a year now and had a few different appointments and all the clinicians/receptionists are friendly and attentive. E consult is easy to use and usually hear back pretty quick.

There's a lot of good things about this place as I've been coming here for years. The doctors are lovely, the nurses are really nice, the receptionists are all nice too. You can get an appointment on the day, provided you ring in the morning, and the site is very accessible. Initially I had written the bad points here regarding the informational videos shown and the waiting room chairs being limited, but I have since been contacted by someone from the business asking for feedback on the waiting room and how it should be changed. Though my initial negatives do still stand, the willingness to ask the community for feedback about their establishment is something not a lot of people do. Tentative 10/10 based on customer service.

Always had a fantastic service from Throckley Primary Care. Doctors are extremely caring and very knowledgeable, especially Dr Joughin. Admin staff have been great to me in the past too. Excellent practice!

Terrible Surgery. Never heard of a Surgery where you can NOT actually book an appointment with a GP...you have to have a phone consultation first so the GP can get to know you and IF the GP wants to give you an appointment then they will. That is what a Receptionist told me over 3 wks ago when I had just come out if hospital and was told by the Consultant I need to SEE my GP not have a 'chat' on the phone. Absolutely disgusting plus I have found a lump and again I was informed I could NOT have an appointment as I have to have a 'Chat' on the telephone first and to make it worse I was never offered anything.
