Absolute shamble of a surgery I’ve been calling non stop asking for appointment, I’m a patient that suffers really bad with mental health. I was breaking down practically BEGGING for help from them on the phone but no instead I got my phone call terminated while in tears begging for help! But no help instead wanting me to wait weeks for an appointment when I’ve told them I could harm myself! I needed help I didn’t swear at the receptionist on the phone directly I was just pleading so much for help but they refused to help I have never been treated so poorly by a doctors surgery in my life if you have mental health issues avoid at all cost this surgery has definitely made me not want to ask for help ever again to be treated like that from people who are meant to have a duty of care to their patients? Shocking so so shocking

Appointments do get booked up quickly but if you ring at 8am they call back and book you in that day. The doctors and nurses are great.. considering how busy the NHS is, they're doing a great job.

You can see king Charles easier than a GP in this practice. Absolutely ridiculous. You can make an appointment ONLY by calling 8am to 8.30 am. ( so if you drive to work or your child to school it is INPOSIBLE to have an appointment EVER). The appointment also is for the day. No other days. So you need to take the day off work, keep your child at home , no school, to just make that phone call and then wait to see if there are available appointments. If not, you need to do that next day and next day until you are lucky to have an appointment. Who is going to pay your bills though? And how I can explain to school the problem? ( our school charge us £100 if you don't go to school with out valid reason).
AVOID this practice.

Registered with this practice as could not get appointments with the other huge practice in Stourbridge. Their online triage system is brilliant! Got a phone call back with an appointment time that day. It does help if you have a flexible employer who will accommodate the same day appointments.

Once again great practice, went to merry hill to have blood test, but my fault wrong day, went to three villages to take a sample to them, explained I was having a nightmare of a morning, reception asked the nurse if she had a free slot to take blood.
She did, fantastic service again.

Two days trying to get an appointment when calling dead on 8am… and I finally get through and get spoken to like I’m wasting their time, and get told I need to go to urgent care or try the website tomorrow. Basically getting mugged off when I can’t even use my arm any more and it’s getting worse by the day. Better off sitting up Russels Hall for 6 hrs waiting then. Absolutely awful and the woman just wanted to get rid of me as there were no appts left again.

Saw Dr.Khan at the surgery a few weeks ago and I would just like to say what a great doctor he is. He asked questions and listened to my replies. He was one of the nicest doctors I’ve seen in a very long time.

Getting an appointment is impossible if you work, fill online form in at 8.00 is not possible. The old system was far better, please go back to that. As bad as the other Stourbridge surgery.
