All this great review and I wonder why my stay was not as good. I have to give three stars unfortunately because I felt my experience was great from the start but felt short at the end. I came in early for a procedure the nurse on the ward and the recovery room on duty were amazing they made my stay comfortable. Until the last hours! My physio didn’t turn up, I wasn’t offered dinner even though I was kept there until after 7pm. I believe to make a good first impression your last hurrah is very important. Unfortunately this was not the case with me and thinking my insurance claims covers all these services is a shame to be honest. Very disappointed!

All the staff at 3 Shires were outstanding. This includes the following. Mr John Evans, Annie, Kate, Nina, Gina, Dardz, Chloe, and Laura. All looked after me in the best possible way.
The only thing I give constructive feedback on was the length of time I was in the waiting room for. I had to stop drinking from midday as appointment was in for 2pm. I wasn’t seen until about 2.5hrs later. I was very thirsty. Apart from this the experience was amazing.

The most wonderful hospital I have ever been treated in. Beautiful setting. Lovely room- so clean and airy with TV and wet room. All the staff from the moment I arrived for my operation to when I left, every single person encountered was so warm and welcoming. With special thanks to my amazing consultant Mr Von Widekind and the wonderful nurses and support staff that looked after me pre and post op. Pam, Julie, Janet and Nerrisa, you go over and above for your patients and you are so kind. You all really put me at ease and made me as comfortable as I could be.
Cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.

From the moment I arrived for my surgery the care has been 10/10 - nothing is a problem and it really does feel patients come first. I had to go back in for some further unplanned treatment post surgery and was in and looked after within an hour of calling. Pam who took care of me, I can honestly say is the best care I’ve ever had. She showed so much understanding, patience and really gave a tailored approach to my care.

Nurses and staff were fantastic, extremely friendly and attentive.
The food was lovely and the aftercare superb.
Only small thing to mention would be a softer light that could be turned on/off from the bed but this is extremely minor in the scheme of things.
Surgeon was also great and I felt cared for and considered and most importantly safe.

Ive used this hospital for over five years with different issues I come here and I get treated with great care. Recently had a gastroscopy which sounded like a formidable prospect but the doctors and nurses here made this a cake walk. Thank you a bunch and even more for taking extra care for an anxious person like me. Keep the great work you folks are real live savers.

I had a minor procedure at Three Shires and I was looked after by Claudia, Luke and Ryan. They were all lovely and explained in detail what was going to happen. I felt relaxed at all times and reassured I was in safe hands. The consultant was running slightly behind and when I explained I had another hospital appointment to get to they made sure I was seen quickly. Thank you

Just had my first hip replacement done here.

Lovely nurses, brilliant surgical and physio teams, good catering. I had an all-around excellent experience. Would definitely recommend them.

Will be back for the second one soon. No worries at all.
