Worst surgery I have ever been to out of one's I have worked at and registered with. They have a doctor that noone wants to see so all the other appointments get taken by 8.05 in the morning leaving you with nothing when you're very ill and have been in hospital. Never any appointments, they don't keep emergency slots for young, elderly or vulnerable. The doctor that noone likes mistreats everyone and refuses care as of many other patients have suggested to myself. Really not worth relying on for you're health. Stay well clear.

It's a Shame ,when public service changes to pure money making . "This gp is currently accepting new patients " . .... The waiting times for a doctor is 3-4 weeks , I think they want to keep increasing it to 5 weeks,6 weeks just to annoy people . It's like the tills at shops that never get opened and the one qué that's open is huge . Totally miss managed , all the nice staff tucked away and all the wrong staff at first contact just to make it that little bit harder to get the help you " need" .

Dr sandikop is extremely rude, patronising and unprofessional. Refuse to see her after numerous awful encounters. However Dr mahmooner is lovely! Receptionist Friendly to! Looking to move because of how awful dr sandikop is, the amount of complaints she has had should really be looked into.

Trying to get a hold of an appointment here is terrible. The number won’t go through when you try ring and at 8 and by the time it goes through all the slots are gone. Reception staff are so rude and not accommodating at all, have no intention to try help patients but sit there and be rude instead.

Wow. Dr sanikop is a brilliant doctor. Also lovely brilliant receptionist. Sat down went in Straight away and always looks clean and tidy lovely doctors. Lovely surgery.

Been with this surgery from birth (50yrs) was Dr Patel and Mr Shah nothing was ever to much trouble for them, now if you can get an appointment at all your lucky, had to see Dr as had yellow swollen tonsils as I sat there choking and gagging the female Dr berated me for wasting her time with a sore throat! Seen other female Dr since she was lovely, as for the receptionists they can be abrupt and rude, won't even book appointments for female screening! Spoke with different receptionist very friendly and helpful appointment finally booked!
