Visited the shop and the cafe. It was a beautiful atmosphere and place. The shop and cafe were lovely. The food and drinks on offer were great. The service was good, but on both the occasions I went, my food order was wrong, but that didn't matter as we soon got it sorted out.

Lovely morning out. Great combination of grounds to walk in, grounds to sit and enjoy coffee and cake in and we even fitted in a meditation session. Friendly staff too 🙂

A very peaceful place to visit and a woodland in which you could spend a few hours wandering around (a few months if you were practicing walking meditation at a monk's pace). The world peace cage has cakes, sandwiches, soups, coffees, and teas. The coffee is strong but I am sure they can make it any way you want it. There are meditation courses, workshops, and various retreats held here, but you can just go for a walk around the grounds of you want

Such a special and magical place. Beautiful grounds, World Peace Cafe and two stunning meditation rooms with such a reach programme of classes and courses.
During the lockdown and pandemic they still remained open supporting others with online meditation classes, takeaway cafe and grounds open to others.
Lovely, friendly and kind people!

Thornby hall is one of the most magical places I have been. I was suffering from a really hard time so my mum and I decided to take a trip for the day. We did a short meditation class and even though we are not completely religious we were made to feel so welcome. It was a beautiful day and the grounds were incredibly peaceful to walk around. I cannot wait to go back
