I can honestly say that this place is absolutely amazing.
As a family this was such a difficult decision to put Dad into a home.
Dad is in the advanced stages of Alzheimer’s and this is not the first nursing home he has been in.
We had no choice but to move him from his last home as they claimed they could not cope with Dad’s challenging behaviour. However the staff at Thomas Knight have now been looking after Dad for several weeks and I can not believe the change in him.
He is content, happy and is showing no signs of any challenging behaviour. The staff are simply brilliant with him,
their compassion and empathy for all of the residents shines through.
They are always professional, kind and caring.
The level of care that my Dad is receiving now is outstanding.
To all the staff at Thomas Knight myself and my family are so grateful and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
You are truly amazing and I would highly recommend this home to anyone that is making the heartbreaking decision to put their loved ones into a nursing home.
