I was intrigued to understand more about genius biofeedback and what it might do for me. My first appointment with Deb was great - it was so interesting to see what the technology could tell me about my mind, body and spirit! So much of what came out resonated, and the frequencies played for rebalancing were really relaxing. I had been struggling with sleep - the night of my first session I slept for over 10 hours! I was given other suggestions about how I could make changes to improve wellbeing - I'm looking forward to the next session.

Magic! Hayley worked her magic on my little boy who was being very fussy during feeding. After one session (which he smiled and chatted through) we were back to relaxed comfortable feeds, she had released the tension in his tongue and jaw which allowed him to feed comfortably again. Highly recommend craniosacral therapy for anyone with a baby who’s fussing whilst feeding. The difference is absolutely amazing.

My 3 month old had a CranialSacral Therapy session with Lorna. The session focused on feeding and digestion issues causing discomfort and restlessness.

The session itself was incredibly interesting and Lorna carefully explained each process.

Less than a week after the treatment, we had a calm and contented baby. The CranialSacral Therapy worked so well that we only needed the one session. My only regret was not trying it sooner. Thank you Lorna!

I visit TLC regularly for Transformational Breathing workshops hosted by Celia Leslie. It’s a phenomenal therapy with dramatic results. It has helped me to change my life exponentially.

I visited The Therapy Life Centre with vestibular related vertigo. I had 5-6 sessions of cranio therapy and it was fantastic.
I could physically feel the improvement after every session.
Fortunately my vestibular issues have corrected themselves but I will still have cranio therapy on a regular basis

Cannot thank Deb enough for my wonderful massage. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable, what a kind, beautiful soul she is..and a great energy which made me feel even more relaxed when having my treatment!

Couldnt reccomend going for a treatment at TLC enough, wonderful people and when you arrive they make you feel so welcome which is relaxing in itself... and also when you leave they make sure your okay as well! You'll leave feeling like a new person, relaxed and stress free

I love having having natural treatments so if your looking for somewhere that has alternative treatments and threapy then definitely go here.. your body will thank you for it!

I suffered a slipped disc more than ten years ago. I have only ever had minor issues after the recovery but have always had a stiffness in the lower back. I was resigned to this being permanent.
During just one session Karen was able to immediately locate the site of the old injury and treat it. She has greatly improved this issue. Movement is so much freer than I can remember. I can barely believe how much better it is. It wasn’t bad to being with but is appreciably better now.
The therapy itself is a bit of an adventure. You do have to let yourself go with it. But I thoroughly recommend the adventure. The manipulations are subtle yet powerful. It’s amazing how such small mechanical adjustments help so much.
There’s much more to it than that, the emotional and unconscious treatment is fabulous in its own right. I can’t recommend the TLC and Karen in particular enough.
