I attended my first Sound Bath with Gemma and absolutely enjoyed the experience. She has a calming and welcoming presence. I didn't know what to expect but in the hour session I was in a state of relaxation both body and mind with the benefits meaning I had a much more rested and deeper sleep. If in doubt, I'd recommend getting in touch with Gemma, she happily answered any queries I had!

Was gifted a pregnancy massage by my friends. It was the best massage i’ve ever had. Gemma made me feel relaxed and dignified throughout. She was so pleasant and lovely to chat to. Products used were pregnancy safe and smelt amazing. I wish this massaged lasted longer than 30minutes. Would highly recommend Gemma for any future treatments. Thank you

I was able to enjoy a full body plus additional head massage. Gemma spoke with me about the pressure I wanted and it was amazing. I also attended a mediation evening which was so relaxing. I went along with my sister. I've rebooted to go again with a friend. Highly recommend any of her services

I had the most wonderful experience for a Hopi ear candle treatment and back massage. I was dealing with a stubborn headache, and luckily, Gemma was able to fit me in last minute. The combination of the ear candle and massage worked wonders—my headache completely disappeared! The ambiance was soothing, and her professionalism, as always is top-notch. Iv been to Gemma a couple of times now for some treatments. Would highly recommend any of her treatments -had the hopi ear candle and head massage today. The environment is relaxing and inviting, a very cosy treatment room in the centre of Bedford. Will definitely be back for future treatments. Gemma is lovely to chat to very warm and welcoming. Highly recommend! X
