I had my first potennza treatment. My therapist was really clear about what the treatment involves and what I should expect. She was also really chatty and friendly and the whole experience was great. The after care was clearly explained and I could message the WhatsApp number for any questions I had post treatment. I am really happy with the facial so far but I won’t see results for another week. My skin already feels smoother. I’ve been to quite a few beauty clinics and this is the one I’m choosing to go back to.

Normally the experience is good. But today there was no one at the reception. I waited a good 10 minutes until the receptionist walk out from the room. The receptionist looks bored and tired. She was unhelpful and unfriendly. Never see her here before. Hopefully she can learn to be friendly and helpful like her colleagues

Simran is a very knowledgable practitioner and made me feel comfortable for my first treatment with her. She gave me advice on aftercare and explained how exfoliation can help improve my treatment results, and I felt that her treatment technique was thorough, covering all areas required. I have had experiences elsewhere where I have felt rushed to get in and out of the room, especially during busy periods, but I felt my treatment at therapie ran smoothly from start to finish.
