I came to the York Dental Suite for a full set of composite bonding and I cannot fault the process from start to finish. Tracie was so welcoming and helped me make a decision on what I wanted before I had the treatment done with Dr Meghan, who has done a fantastic job of giving me lovely teeth. The staff were so genuine, warm and friendly that the experience was so personable. They went out of their way to build such a good rapport with me and not only that, but they were so fantastic with my 3 year old who I brought to some of the appointments. They really went above and beyond to keep her entertained (huge, huge thank you to Rachel and Irina!) which shows how much they genuinely care for their patients. The team were extremely professional and not once in the 4.5hrs I was sat in the chair did they ever have a conversation over the top of me that wasn’t to do with teeth or without me involved which highlights their level of professionalism. They were informative and patient with me throughout which massively put me at ease and relaxed during the process. Highly recommend anyone opting to have treatment done here. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here again for any treatment as I know they will make sure I am accommodated. Lastly, a massive thank you to the lovely Charlotte who was an absolute gem! You were absolutely fab and I really appreciate your kindness towards me and my little girl when visiting the practice. Thank you!

I have recently visited The York Dental Suite as a new patient and, from the moment I made an enquiry I was made to feel welcomed.
The front of house staff as well as the dentist, Dr Mafalda, were exceptional and listened to my concerns. I am booking for treatment but I instantly felt in good hands and felt comfortable. The practice is stunning with state of the art technology.
I would recommend anyone to join in. Very different to my previous experiences to the dentist, 5* service.

Incredible experience at The York Dental Suite. I have joined the practice recently and had a routine check up and a hygiene visit and I could not speak highly enough about the team and the practice. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and everyone made sure I felt comfortable. The dentist and the hygienist were knowledgeable, thorough and kind and they used top equipment. It's got to be said that my visit to The York Dental Suite was an absolute pleasure today and that's not what one normally hears about a visit to the dentist is it? The entire team were so very friendly, kind and professional, explaining clearly every step along the way. I already knew Dr Mafalda Queiroz from another practice in York from years ago and decided to look her up and I'm utterly delighted I have done so and wish I'd done it earlier. She is a consummate professional, always putting in extra effort to make one feel relaxed and she offers options without any pressure to have treatment.
Her new dental suite is beautiful and she has chosen such a great team of staff to compliment her professional and friendly practice, suffice to say I highly recommend her.

I had an appointment with doctor Mafalda this morning - words cannot describe how lovely, professional and understanding she is . Ladies at the reception are extremely nice and helpful . I also had hygenist appointment - I have to say the best I've ever had - still cannot belive all stains gone .

I came to the York Dental Suite late last year as I was getting married in the May and wanted to look at the options for straightening my teeth. From the very first initial enquiry through to my first visit, it was seamless and perfect and nothing was ever too much trouble. As someone who generally doesn't like the Dentist, I felt almost like a member of the family and so welcome, which immediately put my nerves at ease.

The whole team is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable in their field. I cannot thank them enough for everything that they have done for me over the last 12 months. Normally people wouldn't say they will miss the Dentist, but honestly, I will miss visiting often (except for my check-ups) and having a laugh with everyone.

If anyone is looking for a Dentist or to start their Invisalign journey, I would 100% recommend the York Dental Suite. You will not regret it, honestly. My only regret was not coming sooner!

Absolutely Excellent!
I visited this week for treatment for myself and my daughter and as always we received a first class service. A lovely welcome smile and greeting on arrival from Rachael. We then went through to see Mafalda and Irina for our appointment. We were looked after really well. My daughter had her first tooth out, felt no pain whatsoever and not a tear at all. She then watched television whilst I had my treatment. Going to The York Dental Suite is a pleasurable experience and I would give them my highest recommendation. Well done to the whole team! Had Invisalign and the process has been so easy with Mafalda with support all the way though whenever needed with great results. Then booked in for composite bonding with Megan who was fantastic and I’m very happy with the end product! All staff were very friendly and helpful- Charlotte and Gemma on reception as well as others. Would definitely recommend this practice, service could not have been any better!
