Today 12 November 2024 I phoned the doctors surgery as I was concerned about my heath as I have asthma.the lady on the phone I think she said her name was Harriet who asked me why I phoned I explained to her and her reply was I will send this to the duty Doctor.within 5 minutes Doctor Tanna phoned me and asked be to come in .
I saw a receptionist called Lorraine who was extremely helpful. l was called in by nurse Rebecca who I found to be very kind and and understanding she is a credit to the Doctors Surgery.
She examined me thoroughly etc and prescribe me medication.

They staff at the practice are really kind and helpful. They make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble for them. I can definitely recommend this doctors’ surgery.

This surgery need to be shut down, it seems like everyone that works here are incompetent especially the receptionist and so rude.
I had an appointment with the ENT as I have really been struggling to breath due to having polyps in my nostal's and being asthmatic. I was given a letter with medication (steroids and nasal sprays x2) on it to hand into the the surgery for them to be prescribed. When I handed this in on a Wednesday 10th July I asked the receptionist if she could also put notes with it not to be sent by Pharmacy2U to you as I needed to start this medication asap so if just this medication could be sent to my local pharmacy.
I went back on Monday 15th July this still hadn't be delt with and I asked that receptionist the exact same thing. I then received a message to say my medication had been approved and when I went to the pharmacy the following day they told me it's with Pharmacy2U who I asked them not to send it too. Today makes two weeks and I am still waiting for this medication. I can really see how people can die with the carelessness of this surgery. Dr Beverly Chong is the worse doctor I have ever been seen by I actually refuse to see her now and I am now in the process of looking for a new surgery.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. The Receptionist is quite possibly the RUDEST woman I have ever had the displeasure of meeting in my life. Both times I have been to this surgery I have also heard her being rude to other patients. She’s a disgrace

I agree with many of the poor reviews on here. The receptionists are rude beyond belief. One of them is quite frankly one of the rudest people I have ever met in my entire life.The fact that she is allowed to work there says a lot about the practice and those who recruit such despicable staff. It's unfortunate that this practice has merged with the Chislehurst Medical Practice and they both now have the same phone number. It would have been better to have kept these 2 surgeries separate as the staff at the Chislehurst Medical Practice are at least helpful and approachable, unlike at the Woodlands Practice.

I have been with my doctor for years, and he ended up moving over to this practice. Needless to say, the receptionists are wonderful. One time, there was a woman screaming at this poor receptionist because she had to "wait" for her doctor. The receptionist was calm, which led the woman to run out, still screaming. They don't get paid enough. People are mean! You gotta have patience! Also, shout out to Valerie (or Val) who is in charge of scheduling appointments, she is amazing!

Absolutely the most incompetent people, useless doctors that they do not make their job properly. Not the first time they don't sign my repeat prescription on time. Today they left me without my medication. Medication I can't stop take it. I'm not surprised that people abused them verbally, if they do their job properly this would not happen.

Shout out to Nicola who was the nicest doctors receptionist I've ever spoken to. Very kind and understanding. My daughter attended her appointment by herself and she said the doctor was lovely too.
