We booked this for 2 nights stay - for 4 of us the standard of this unit was not nice at all we had to leave and book elsewhere. I did speak to Claire the owner but she was not helpful ? I lost out on £160 plus having to book elsewhere

Tent itself was nice, big and spacious. Lots of building rubbish across the site. Dead standing tress which are really dangerous. It reminded of a once vibrant festival setting that has has been neglected for 10 years. Owners just rinsing in the cash like a greedy landlord.

The Chakra Room was great though my wife found the matress rather soft. Clear WiFi and USB charging sockets. In-bath shower in the private bathroom across the landing was also good though the head had only two high up positions - too high for my wife. Shared dining lounge and balcony areas downstairs were spacious and the daytime peace and quiet admidst the woodland was just what we needed. Each room has its own fridge in the shared kitchen, and there is a large range type gas cooker with multiple ovens.
Great walking and cycling routes pass nearby and if you come over as a light-luggage foot passenger the terminal is a comfortable 15 minute walk away. I'd then recommend getting a 48 hour bus ticket for £16 that you can use to travel all over The Island on the frequent buses. We left our car parked at The Woodland Retreat...
