I had an appointment on July 27th, and the doctor kindly agreed to refer me to a hospital. I was pleased with the chat that I had with the doctor. Today, December 12th, I called to get an explanation about the waiting and where I was referred. Five months have passed since my chat at The Woodbridge Medical Centre. I have to know if there was any problem with my referral. I don't have issues waiting even for a year, but after 5 months without an update, I must know if I was on the correct waiting list.

The receptionist told me that to follow me, I had to register myself at Woodbridge Medical Centre to follow my case. I explained that this was not an option because I was perfectly fine with my actual GP.
The receptionist repeated that this was the only option, and then she hung up on me without listening to me.
The health issue that I'm currently checking is very risky, and hanging up with me means that my struggle was not taken professionally.

I called my GP for support, and they told me the hospital where I was referred. It was simple information that the receptionist was not able to find.
I'm speechless.

"I had been struggling with neck and shoulder pain for over a month, and painkillers just weren't helping. I decided to visit a physiotherapist, and it was the best decision I made. They conducted a thorough examination and showed me specific exercises, guiding me on how to manage and reduce the pain. Within just a weeks,I felt a significant improvement. I’m so thankful for their expertise and care

i have always been looked after in the logical and easiest way. with the quickest service and explained process of the medical profession and explanation of what is to come. Suki Rai is the best thing and hope is a valuable asset to the surgery in more ways then one.
The politeness and with bedside manners that makes any one feel worthy.
She has over taken some of the other staff member's which could take some lessons from. I have never heard her complaint against others best in training to help other staff members to do the job in hand.

The advice given is very good but always leaves the person to discuss with the GP and the decision is always yours always.
As far as Data Protection of every person that comes in is also at a high standard.
Keep up the good work missy.

I’m extremely unhappy with the GP. The Doctors just have one word to say every time “viral”. My three years old daughter was neglected by the doctors three times and when I spoke to the owner of the GP Dr Arjan Sivanesan he wasn’t even willing to understand my concerns, he kept on telling me how good his surgery is and he has given me 20 minutes out of his precious time. He also argued that the medicine given by the private doctor(Azythromycine max suspension) is the same as (Amoxicillin). After all that conversation he suggested me to change my GP which is very disappointing because I think The GP had a duty of care with my daughter but they failed badly.
