I had an exceptional experience with the pharmacist's at Willows Medical Practice. Their professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care stood out immediately. They took the time to carefully explain my prescription, potential side effects, and how to take my medication for the best results.

What really impressed me was their patience and willingness to answer all of my questions thoroughly, even going above and beyond to suggest helpful tips and lifestyle adjustments to support my treatment. Their warm and approachable demeanor made me feel valued and at ease during the entire interaction.

I recently met the Physiotherapist and had a blood test feedback appointment at the practice. I cannot fault the outstanding quality of care and professionalism at this caring practice. I have been working in the NHS sector for over 30 years and despite recent negative press about General Practice , the Willows Practice is delivering on all areas of primary care and serving the diverse community with commitment, patient centered care, and a team based approach which is a delight to experience as a patient.

Had bloods taken by Lisa, and was positively surprised that I didn't feel a thing. It was probably the best blood taking experience I ever had. Also there was no wait at all. Parking was easy, right opposite the entrance there is a parallel alleyway with free parking.

Thank you to Dr Shoeb, Dr Muhammad and the team for an incredible learning journey at the Willows throughout the last 6 weeks of my GP placement from UCL. Learning from face to face, telephone and home visits has allowed me to see such a wide range of patients. It has been both humbling and gratifying to be treated as part of the team. It is an experience that I will remember for the rest of my career and I would love to keep learning more from the Willows in the future.

My family and I have received exceptional care at Willows Medical practice. I have been a patient here for over 6 years now and throughout these years we have received outstanding professional care at every interaction and consultation. The doctors here are extremely empathetic, compassionate and very efficient at doing their jobs. We have never had an issue in getting an appointment when required.

The team at Willows are doing a fantastic job to include Dr Mohammad, Dr Ishaq, Dr Umrani and Dr Shoeb, not to forget the other healthcare professionals- nurse Carla and receptionist Michelle who always speak to you with a smile at every visit.

It has become the norm to always complain when things do not go right but we do not give these professionals enough credit when things are done well. Thank you to the team at Willows! You guys are all doing an amazing job.

I have had a great time at Willows as a final year medical student! Dr Muhammad and Dr Shoeb have been very welcoming and supportive and given lots of opportunities for me to improve my practice and document. I feel lots more prepared after seeing a variety of presentations and a mixture of telephone and face to face consultations. I would also like to thank the rest of the staff for being so friendly and the patients for their time.

The Willows offer an a wonderful teaching programme for medical students who are keen to gain exposure to GP.
Dr Muhammad and Dr Shoeb are incredibly supportive and have massively helped me to gain confidence in my patient communication and management skills. The staff are all so helpful and they’ve created a warm and welcoming environment.

I am a final year medical who was placed here for my GP placement, and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here! All the staff were friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Both Dr Muhammad and Dr Shoeb were fantastic and caring educators to patients, trainees and students alike.They were both non judgmental and had our best interests at heart all the time. I felt as if I had an array of opportunities to develop my practice further, for which I am very grateful. I would also like to thank the lovely patients who allowed me to interact with them as this taught me valuable lessons. I wish everyone all the best, and I recommend this practice a lot!
