Where do I start? Like so many people I have faced some difficult challenges in my life. Sal has consistently provided powerful, loving support through her wonderful treatments and classes (Bowen, Reiki, Yoga, Meditation, EFT and 1to1 sessions where she tunes in in a deeply intuitive way to what is going on in your body/life.)

Throughout the pandemic she was literally a life-saver for so many people, providing a supportive community from all walks of life. I joined Sal’s yoga class at Blackheath several years ago and instantly took to her energy, love and inclusivity.
