Since having my son 18 months ago, I have been a fairly regular visitor of this GP surgery. I have seen a nurse for routine checks and vaccinations, talked to receptionists about booking appointments and had consultations with 3 GPs regarding various (common) illnesses that my son has developed. The care has been consistently excellent. The staff members are kind, professional and helpful and it is hugely appreciated!!

The receptionist that dealt with me as a patient today was second to none despite me being in a considerably distressed state. Previous to this another receptionist made me feel that I was looked after and listened to, offering me a GP appointment with the necessary priority. It makes such a difference in one's treatment, when that initial point of contact with the surgery is to such a high standard.

When I first transferred to the surgery roughly 3 years ago it quickly transpired I needed a fairly major op. Dr Wilson was especially helpful and reassuring and a great comfort at this time. The level of service I have received subsequently from the Doctors, nurses and admin staff has been second to none and I cannot rate this practice highly enough.

AVOID - Impossible to get an appointment, you have to wait weeks.

Used to be great but they've changed the same day appointment system so you're just on hold listening to a long message and are then told there's no availability every time, with no online or in person alternative. They've also taken away the evening surgery.

This is an amazing surgery. Dr Graeme is so kind, and I have always managed to get appointments with him for sound advice for my young son. The reception staff are also wonderful. The best surgery in Chorlton by far!

Wilbraham Surgery has an excellent team working hard to deliver consistently good care and we are looking forward to seeing what the new premises look like once they are finished.
Well done to reception for responding to calls in a timely manner and for being flexible when we have needed last minute appointments.
Dr McLeod has seen me, my wife and son in the past few months for various reasons and has dealt with us considerately, compassionately and efficiently - thank you.

I recently moved into the area and joined as a new patient on the day i needed an emergency appointment. The staff were lovely and were able to squeeze me into see a doctor the same day when they could see how ill and weak i was. The doctor was very thorough and took bloods and tests there and then. Much appreciated.

Dr Wilson has been my primary GP for many years. He is consistently excellent, listens, works hard to help me pragmatically with a number of conditions unlike some other doctors I have seen. Highly recommended.
