I recently had a blood test done at Whitehall Medical Centre in Leeds, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The location is excellent and easy to find, which made getting there hassle-free. They offer a wide range of blood tests at very reasonable prices, making it a great option for anyone needing fast and reliable results.

The service was top-notch—Sid was incredibly helpful in getting my results promptly and ensuring everything went smoothly. I received my results faster than expected, which was a huge relief. Overall, I highly recommend Whitehall Medical Centre for anyone in need of professional and efficient medical services.

Dr Sam Khan - Long Covid Clinic

I would like to say a big THANK you to Dr Sam Khan who I saw very recently in his clinic at the Whitehall.

I wanted to explore if there was anything more I could be doing / any different perspectives that might be helpful to me, over and above the input I have received from the NHS. I have been very lucky with the NHS services I have received for my diagnosis but even so future outcomes are unknown. This is the first time I have ever accessed private medicine and I was a little unsure to be honest. However I feel it was very much money well spent.

In terms of booking the appointment – this was all very easy. The Whitehall also facilitated a video consultation rather than a face to face appointment as it would have been difficult logistically and health wise for me to get to Leeds. The clinic staff were very communicative prior to the appointment and understood that I wasn’t looking for a diagnosis (I already have this and have received extensive NHS input).

In order to get the most out of my appointment time with Dr Khan, the Whitehall clinic were happy for me to forward my medical records in advance of the appointment so Dr Khan would have sight of them before our appointment. This meant that valuable appointment time was not taken up going over my history. It meant we had the whole appointment to talk about what might help me and strategies to try.

Dr Khan was prepared to talk to me in a detailed clinical way which I was very appreciative of. It was really refreshing to speak to a medic who has a proper understanding of my condition and the debilitating impact the condition has on people. I came away from the appointment feeling like we had had an informed and collaborative discussion. I believe if as a patient you come away from an appointment feeling listened to and have a collaboratively agreed plan of action, then it is a job well done. This is certainly how I felt after my consultation with Dr Sam Khan – so many thanks!

The advice that Dr Khan gave me was practical, within my reach and made sense to me. Additionally, Dr Khan did not try and book me in for further appointments. One of my worries about booking a private consultation was the worry that further appointments would be needed (which I might not be able to afford). There was zero pressure in this regard and just from a one-off appointment I got a lot of valuable advice and information.

So a HUGE thanks to Dr Sam Khan. It was an extremely worthwhile appointment and worth every penny. Best wishes. Elaine

Absolutely recommend this place to everyone. I was in need of medical exams for a visa quickly and Whitehall Clinic managed to provide me with everything I needed within a 72 hour period from booking. The staff are the most attentive, understanding, and flexible people that I am entirely grateful for - whether it was adjusting appointment times or providing service all the way till closing hours.

Great experience. Had a shave excision by Prof Sharif Al Ghazal, and he was funny, knowledgable, and professional. Fast and pain-free treatment, with Sharif also recommending aftercare steps. All staff at the Whitehall Clinic were incredibly nice and polite. Could not have gone better.

I would recommend the clinic to absolutely anyone. Dr Aamer Khan and Bart Barszcz always make me feel at ease and I come away feeling reassured.

They have looked after me on several occasions and ensured I get my desired outcomes. As a person who used to fears these sort of appointments, Whitehall Clinic have always made me feel comfortable and always put a smile on my face.

The clinic at no point feels like they are here for your money, there are no hidden fees and your appointments are never rushed. This always makes me feel heard and respected.

Sid always welcomes me at the door with a huge smile and always asks how my family are doing, which makes it feel more personal.

Thank you for being great!

We had a bloodtest yesterday- the doctor was happy to alter the test to just the results we needed, so that we could get a quick result and Sid, the managing director was up to midnight with us chasing the lab for much needed results. Thank you SO MUCH. Communication and effort 110%. I couldn't recommend more highly. Thank you!

BEWARE: access to this clinic is very difficult for disabled clients. There is no blue badge parking nearby and disabled bays in the NCP carpark are not close. The difficulty is exacerbated by the clinic entrance being on the 'inside' pedestrian side of the building. When I called ahead for advice they told me to park in a loading bay, which was not possible as signs clearly stated No Parking. It was also clear the loading bay is being used as an unofficial taxi rank. I walk with a stick. During the 'long' walk to the rear of the building, from where my husband was able to drop me off, I damaged cartilage in my left knee, which requires treatment. When the clinic planning permission was granted apparently disabled parking needs were assesessed. That assessment appears to be defective. Leeds Council has repeatedly failed to confirm how the needs of disabled drivers have been met, that is where disabled bays are. It is clear neither and Council or the Whitehall Clinic have properly considered the needs of disabled people. I cannot use their services again.

I do not usually write reviews but feel compelled to after receiving excellent care and follow up care from the Whitehall clinic.
I have attended on 3 occasions, initially due to a long wait at my own NHS GP surgery, each visit was booked on short notice and accommodated without issue, even within a few days of Christmas.
Each time I have seen Dr Aamer Khan, it is instantly apparent he is an experienced GP whose care and attention has gone well beyond expectations, the clinic truly epitomises holistic care and empowers the patient.
Despite the clinic being a private service at no point does it feel like a money exercise, there are no hidden fees or surcharges and Dr Khan does not rush, each consultation has left me more optimistic and always comes to a natural end. There is never any more pressure to rebook and Dr Khan has always taken into account my personal circumstances such as distance to travel etc.
A truly fantastic service who I would recommend to anyone.
