Had a wisdom tooth removal that should've been stitched up immediately after and it wasn't. Had to go back after 6 hours due to the constant bleeding and they then proceeded to stitch my cheek to my gum. Since then there has been nothing but constant problems with my cheek and it is not permanently deformed causing constant issues when eating and prevent me from closing my mouth properly. I've been told ill need another wisdom tooth removal but will not be coming back here

Had an appt with Miss Grant and her lovely dental nurse for wisdom teeth removal. I’m a very nervous patient but felt extremely well looked after and reassured. Can’t praise them enough and really grateful. Can’t recommend them enough. Every encounter with the staff at the Westbourne Centre was positive. Very grateful - thank you xx

Came here for an appointment regarding my wisdom teeth. Mr Attard and the dental hygienist were lovely, kind and very professional. However, I had a negative experience with an older receptionist upon arriving.

I was fasting and exhausted during my visit, and as a first-time patient, I was confused about the entrance. The door I tried wouldn’t open due to a stand blocking it, and I didn’t realize the actual entrance was next to it. Instead of politely offering help, this receptionist came out, raised her voice and rudely reprimanded me and my mother in front of other patients, giving us dirty looks too.

This was embarrassing and completely unprofessional. This also spiked my anxiety, as I was there to get my wisdom teeth potentially removed. Patients should be treated with respect, not condescension. If she has personal issues, she shouldn't take it out on others. I hope this is addressed, as no one should be spoken to this way.

The reception area is quite welcoming with free drinks. Had a wisdom tooth removed by Mr Martin 2 weeks ago and it was quick and painless. Followed all aftercare recommendations, having standard painkillers to stop the first few days of pain and now I can say I would recommend this place for surgery. Please send my thanks to the team.

Fantastic dentist and facilities, saw me very quickly and even agreed to do treatment on a Saturday. The dentist I saw was Martin Evans and he inspired confidence from the very first meeting and talked me through the entire process thoroughly. I had two wisdom teeth and an impacted tooth removed, the process was very quick and relatively pain free. Even administing the anaesthetic wasn't that painful

Want to add that I saw Tim Martin today to extract the wisdom teeth on the other side. Equally as Martin, a fantastic and reassuring manner. Whilst I saw Tim Martin on the NHS I would gladly pay to see him privately if I needed to do so in the future. Flawless extraction

Fantastic treatment for my lens replacement surgery . Mr Wevill is an amazing surgeon , and lovely person , the staff are lovely . I couldn't have been treated any better . I had both eyes done at the same time and it's transformed my life . The surgery was completely painless and I was kept informed at all times. The aftercare is first class, with phone calls after surgery letting me know to call at any time if I needed and to check up on me . I highly recommend them.
